Pizza game in LA is stepping up! Ronan rivals Pizzeria Sei as the best new additions to SoCal's pizza-scape.
Wonderfully chewy pizza crust is great enough on its own but if you order the delicious pork meatballs, do da dip into the meatball sauce.
Caesar was really colorful and tasty as well. The leaves are not soggy w heavy sauce like in some places.
Only negative: if you order the burrata, they ask if you want to order focaccia with it. This is bc they will literally give you a hump of straight cheese.
They should just charge a little more and give the diner some dang bread.
Pizza is spot on. Appetizers were very good. We had Spanish octopus with beans (excellent), chicken liver and focaccia also very good. The place is clean, they have valet parking, outdoor and indoor seating. Nice ambiance. Definitely coming back for more.
Great ambiance and food. Amazing cocktails. Parking available on the street or through onsite valet parking. Highly recommend.
Love their pizzas. We got all vegan and it was delicious. Lemon slices in Zucca was surprisingly complementary to creamy stracciatella and smoky charred pizza crust.
Basque burnt cheesecake with fresh passion fruit we my favorite of the night. I crave for that silky cheesecake in tangy sour passion fruit. I think I'll go back just for that next week.
Thank you Ronan for making my graduation dinner so special! I had a group of 10 and the restaurant was so accommodating to help me pick out a menu ahead of time and reserve a beautiful large table at the back of the patio. Everything was delicious, servers were so great and we didn’t feel rushed at all. My family loved it! Ronan went above and beyond to include thoughtful touches like personalized menus and flowers on the table. We will definitely return to this family-run restaurant :)
Great brick oven Neapolitan pizza!! The pizzas had great flavor profiles and delicious chewy thin crust. I read other reviews that said not to skip the burrata, so we ordered it with Focaccia. Honestly not sure how much I would have enjoyed it without the Focaccia, but it was absolutely outstanding with. (My first time having burrata).
We ordered the Spicy Chomper and Sweet Cheeks to try each a red and white pizza. They were very different but both very good! I personally preferred the savory Spicy Chomper over the sweet Sweet Cheeks. You probably can’t go wrong with any pizza you order on the menu.
The only other places I’ve had great brick oven Neapolitan pizza like this is in Naples, Italy and at A Tavola in Cincinnati, OH. I will definitely be back to try more!
The cacio e Pepe risotto had really good flavor, but I was a little disappointed. I think cacio e pepe needs to stay on pasta and the risotto made it taste like it was missing something. Probably wouldn’t order again.
Tiki, do you love me was a tropical paradise drink. Delicious.
Great Food. Had the Foccacia with buratta and chicken liver paté, spanish octopus and pork meatballs. The chocolate chip icecream with caramel sauce also great.
One of my favorite restaurants in LA, and somewhat of a hidden gem. It’s a great date spot, or great for a somewhat casual night out with friends. It’s great for sharing food. The pizza is amazing, and I recommend the burrata. And perfecto cocktails 😏
