We went to Rocco's to support a fave queen in her new drag show. I didn't expect much from the venue, tbh -- was excited to see a show but used to subpar food/service, since that's what I'd experienced at another not to be named WeHo drag location. Meanwhile, I could not have been more wrong. From the person who seated us, to the server we had, to the bussers & manager who made change for our $1 bills to tip the girls, the staff were so ... Nice?!? Not only good at what they were doing but just really warm. A restaurant pro and former Hollywood sports bar GM in our large party was also floored and said they thought the service was excellent because the staff weren't all "coked up and drunk" (at least not during the busiest part of service, I hope they had fun later). We split lots of standard bar fare, boneless wings, cheese fries and pizzas, which weren't fancy but tasted great. Our drinks, both alcoholic and non were delicious and refilled promptly. And our small dog was welcomed (and he even tipped the queens, as you should). I'm impressed. The show was that much more fun to see because the whole experience was so pleasant. Thanks Rocco's we loved our visit and we'll be back!
Making use of the best corner in Weho (Santa Monica and San Vicente), Rocco’s with a massive, wraparound patio and huge bar area inside, provides the area with the restaurant/bar combination spot it needed. It has a decent beer list, plenty of appetizers with DJs an dancers during the week.
I went here last Tuesday on a date and had a blast but I left my wallet on accident. Came a week later and they still had it and everything important! My license and my cards 😭😭
Food is good and drinks were great too. So great experience overall!
