Then my order was not ready on time, I was told another 5 minutes I walked back in 10minutes and she’s like it’s going to be 5 minutes. Finally get my pizza and it looks horrible/tastes

Terrible!!! $42 on burnt cheesy bread. You would think west orange would have better service then this. Will never buy from here again! When I first ordered online the order said delivery time was more than 2 hours out. That was very disappointing because I was really hungry, but I decided to wait any way. But I was very please to get my order with an hour they used DoorDash to deliver my pizza. I am so happy you have these options.

Ordered the big box with ground beef. Received my order 2 hours later. Pizza was cold and burned. Unable to eat it. Call the number listed and was unable to reach a manager. Was transferred over 10 times over the course of an hour and a half. I will never order from this place again
