I wanted to share the great experience that my sister and I had at the sub shop managed by Desmond Wilson. It has been a long time since I had a good sub in a place that was so clean I was shocked. Desmond was just a pleasure and made us feel at home.
Not only will I be back but I will come with my husband and family. It sure is nice to have a gentleman help us to understand the menu and help with the app on our phone. Hope he stays here because it is right around the corner from us.
Great customer Service. I struggled with the new menu changes. Instead of getting the Vito with double meat and cheese, the cashier suggested I get the Spicy Wast Coast Italian without the spicy. He was very patient with me. This guy is in the right job. The sub was well made and delicious, EXACTLY how I wanted it. This location even has Dr Pepper.
I came for a sandwich & left with a full stomach & a side of happy positive energy. The manager at this location,

Every time we go into the Jimmy John's on Okeechobee boulevard in West Palm Beach the manager is continuously cleaning and helping people. He has a great personality and disposition and there's always very nice to everyone.
The very first thing I noticed when I walked into this restaurants is the smile on the employees face. Jimmy John's is not my normal stop but I was in the area and I wanted a sub. I wasn't quite sure how the menu went so the employee was very patient with me. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and the food was okay. I guess I like my bread softer than what Jimmy John had to offer. So in short, the meal wasn't bad however it wasn't great either. Not to mention it was a bit pricey for my budget.
