Reviews Pizza Hut

By far the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to... It's a shame I have to drive 10 hours from where I live in Texas to get this kind of customer service from a pizza restaurant.... but it was more than worth the gas to get here!

So it's very rare that I take the time to write a review (I believe this is my second) and I can't believe I'm writing a review for food I didn't even have, but this deserves it. Today, my wife and daughter (4) went to Pizza Hut and had the buffet. Not only did they say the food was excellent, but they had a server named Emma who exemplifies what customer service at a high level looks like. She was very attentive and ensured they had a wonderful meal. Additionally she took 50 cents of her own money to take my daughter to the machine to purchase a toy. Apparently my daughter decided she didn't want to spend her new found cash and would rather keep it. Emma then proceeds to pull out more money and purchase her a ball while letting her keep the change. This is where the story gets a little murky as when my daughter arrived back at the table she not only had a new ball, but also a dollar in change. Again, this is from Emma's own pocket. Emma, I'm writing this review not because you generously gave your own money, but because you gave the compassion to ensure the experience was as good as the food. I hope to join them on their next trip and thank you personally.

This place was Amazing! The food was great but the service is even better! They were super kind and checked in on us very often to make sure everything was okay. So this is my amazing experience. Good Job Pizza Hut!
