This dunkin is better for drive thru services. They dont seem to help people at the counter for atlest 4 minutes. Then the coffee they dont stir or shake. So its coffee on top and cream on the bottom. I won't go back ever!!!!
I went there yesterday I asked for a small ice coffee 5 cream 2 sugars French vanilla and caramel and the coffee tasted horrible. It tasted like they added 7 sugars no flavoring and like the coffee was burnt. Dunkin is going down hill so bad!
Was a little disappointed to find out that they don't all carry the same donuts. I wanted the Apple Spiced but could not get it at the store in West Warwick on Rt 117 (near the old Westcott's) and the one at the Airport. Other I was very happy.
I work nearby and prefer driving to this location rather than the designated drive through one on Bald Hill road but the employee turnover rate needs to speed up at this location. Lately if I order 2 or more coffees, at least 1, if not more of the coffees are not made right. Not even exaggerating, 9
Unlike the Dunkin places in Providence and North Providence, this place actually has donuts past 10 a.m. and they are the freshest that I've ever had. Don't waste your time in Providence or North Providence.
Good clean places always has fresh of everything the employees there are very well ful and friendly but no bathroom so u can't really sit if u have a personal bathroom issue so it more of a on the go Dunkin donuts which is pretty much a waste of a sitting area
Its terrible. Honestly the only reason i go there is because its on the way to work and yhe least busy one around. Everytime i go there something in my order is wrong. I worked at dunkin when i was 16. The job is super easy i don't understand how my order is wrong everyday.
Didn't have the 3 bags of coffee for 19.99...as some other Dunkin's do...
Their loss...oh well back to Cranston where it is always on "special "...
