Old, grungy property. Took ages to get seated and even longer to order, but we speak Mandarin and Cantonese and so ended up with a delicious meal. I'd recommend the “Chinese menu” over the Western one.

Very average food. Barely edible. Only decent food was soup and pot stickers. Kung pao chicken tastes like it’s tossed in buffalo sauce.. moo goo gai pan is nowhere near the dish. Fried rice is bland and no flavor.. worst thing is they charge 15% tips by default..
