Mobile ordering not working. Wasted 10 minutes trying to get a mobile-order-only deal. The app even said that the local Wendy's was the source of the error. Happily MckyDs had a special too. And it is just down the road. Although I prefer W's breakfast sandwiches over the rest.

Mobile ordering does not work, cashier takes 1 order and walks away until that order is complete then she will take another order, there's a line if 9 people and they just play games. Do better, this is pathetic
Brian, the young gentleman that works Saturday nights at the window, has a very professional demeanor and excellent at customer service. He came over to help me resolve confusion with an order issue caused by a fellow co-worker- and was very pleasant. I will be returning. :)
Labor shortage, so could not dine in, but the manager thought I was walking in for an interview. So I got that going for me which is nice. Never had breakfast at Wendy's. I'll have to try it again.
Stopped at Wendy’s on Crocker and Detroit today after work. Ordered Baconator, fries, med Diet CokeI and chili, it cost 17.75 . First they did not give me the chili then when I got home instead of a Baconator I get a chicken sandwich.
