4 on the food but 5 on memorabilia and how clean it was. Had wings they were good a couple of them were a touch cool inside; maybe their fryer was over worked or took them off a touch earlier but 20 secs would of changed the issue. The sauces are exactly what they say they are, pretty general nothing that pops that you want to have more of. Sitting area and bathrooms very clean. But the best thing is the sports memorabilia, local players that made the big league. Good place to watch the Wisconsin games.
Was a great place to enjoy dinner! Especially if you have an upbeat lifestyle! I recommend getting there more on the earlier side... Due to the fact that they were out of cod fish dinner by the time of our arrival at approximately 8ish. Otherwise, great food with staff to match it!
Outstanding fish fry. GREAT service at the bar and when seated despite being super busy. The haddock beer batter was the the best I’ve ever had; paper thin, crisp and packed with flavor. Looking forward to returning soon !
I’m not from the area and was staying the night and stopped in, had a fantastic time! They told us they had a huge event that day and that the kitchen was closed but the bartender was nice enough to make us a pizza anyway and it was really good. I would definitely recommend this place!

UPDATE: I have returned a few times since my first review. The food has always been great! Plus they will make things to your specifications. Example: They have changed the menu and removed my favorite item. But when I mentioned it, they where able to make it. THAT was great! Today I had the "Big Boy burger" 1/3lb burger, bratt patty, cheese pickles and onions. ($10) worth every bite!
OLD REVIEW: I just moved to the area awhile ago and am still scoping out good places to eat. Well this is another keeper. Staff is great, food is very good! They use locally sourced meats and boy do they taste great! And if you ask for medium rare, you get medium rare! See pics. I see they use Neuskies bacon and if your passing through the area, and you love bacon, either get some at their retail outlet, a gas station or a local restaurant!
So this is a nice neighborhood / country bar. Great prices and plenty of parking. Ill def be back. Only sad face is they only have fish on fridays, But! I see they have blue gill on the Friday menu! (Mmmmm) Oh I will be back for that! So add 3 smiley faces!
PS from the staff: if you coming for the fish fry, come before 5pm or after 8 or else get on the wait list. But they do serve a lunch fish fry!
Parker and I truly enjoyed seeing old friends/family. Sarah is amazing...our waitress was amazing... food amazing. Recommend the cheese curds and ask for the soup specials.....AMAZING.
