I only use the app to pick up food at this location. When using for pick up- the chicken/sides are on point to KFC customer standards-
The right color, texture, wetness and skin dryness. Those who dont understand please ignore and continue to eat your bagged ramen or hot dogs and generic burgers.
Considerations for the better experience at this and most restaurants:
1) order after 12pm the chicken will set better and taste better. The 10am opening chicken ( and late night chicken after 7pm is a far cry from what is shown on TV).
2) Order original- its jucier and more flaverful
3) pick it up if you can- They will give you better cuts
4) uneaten chicken needs to be stored in a sealed food container- not the KFC container- keep it sealed and moist for proper reheating
5) reheat: Oven Method- bring chicken to room temp and then bake for 300F for 6-10 minutes
Air fry- bring to room temp and 325F for 3 minutes- check and adjust
6) Only Dark meat--- White meat, AKA the breast, is not meant for KFC- they sell it to please, "them dry-loving folks". Stay clear from those fake KFC cuts.
KFC is really young their game. The best chicken sandwich of any day food chain. The fried chicken is crispy and juicy too! Currently open!! Clean new design and yummy fried chicken. If only there were more coupons available...
A very good experience with understanding, knowledgeable staff. The food was very good.
I wouldn't ordinarily write a review for a fast food joint but this particular KFC location has one of the most efficient drive thrus I've ever seen. Lines might sometimes be long but the wait isn't. I've always found the reps to be polite and my orders are accurate. It's always my fall back if I want a bite in the area but don't want to park.
I don't know about the rest of you, but most times customer service at a drive thru is a hit or miss. More miss than hit for me. My visit at my local KFC was a total hit!
The person that took my order was patient, spoke clearly, repeated my order back to me, and when I got to the window, even behind the mask you could tell she was smiling, and extremely pleasant.
If only everyday could be like yesterday. I don't know her name but it was great service and the food was accurate.
Got there 20min before closing and they let me walk up to the drive thru and place my order. I'm very grateful for that since I'm a truck driver and can't drive my truck through the drive thru 🙏 even though it was late my food was hot a fresh! I was very pleased with my meal! And the lady who took my order was very nice! I will be back if I'm in the area again.
1 out of 3 times something is wrong with my order. Either they'll leave something on that I asked them to take off or they'll get almost the right thing, (eg medium instead of large).
Edit: they have improved. I like this place now.
KFC and Taco Bell mixed, a little something for everybody!
I chose the breast meal. On this visit, the food was fresh and hot. What an upgrade from my previous visit.
I hate that they changed the biscuits to the new version.
I like this KFC, they work hard and cook good chicken here. It’s a very busy location, and they serve chicken until closing time. Some
KFCs run out, others that are connected to Taco Bell switch to just TB but this one is always open and serving hot food.
"Vino" was by far, one of their best workers. The people that work there are good people. They know how to have a good laugh. SOME of the customers there are very rude towards the KFC staff. It breaks my heart.
