Service was okay; prompt food service. Food lack presentation. The mashed potatoes and hashbrown casserole were very sticky/starchy and came flattened on the plate (overhead photo doesn't show that well). All food tasted pretty good. The roast beef was very tender! Large portion and very good meatloaf (as usual). We didn't find their price increases outrageous, except $16.50 for the 3-entree Classic Sampler seems steep. Possibly, the entree portions have increased, too. Also providing photos of most of their menu, May 2023.
When I'm traveling, Cracker Barrel is my restaurant of choice because the food is consistently good, and the price is right. This restaurant certainly didn't disappoint. I had a charming waitress who was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. She checked back frequently to be sure my coffee cup was kept filled, and she was kind enough to send me on my way with a coffee to go.
I really enjoyed my experience here while visiting Tennessee. The environment was warm and friendly. The place was clean. The food was good and cheap. The service was nice and personable. Its kind if exactly what you would hoped it it be but a little better! The pancakes were delicious!
Jackie the mgmt was great. We had a large round table for breakfast with a fairly good breakfast.
The hashbrown casserole was overcooked and crunchy and not in a good way. The country fried breakfast was a great signature dish. On the whole everyone we all enjoyed our breakfast dishes.
The coffee is lighter than dirty dish water and can't be adjusted- unfortunate for folks driving cross country and needing caffeine.
The menu, atmosphere, and venue all meet the Cracker Barrel standard. Our server was a bit overwhelmed and it showed. It is good that the the White House Cracker Barrel team pitches in to help.
I was craving some dumplins. Decided to get some To-Go on my drive back too Kentucky. Everything was great and they had Peach Sweet Tea! How have I overlooked that for years 😂. Also I was surprised to see Ale8 sold down here!
Wasnt as good as I remembered when I travel across the country. They didn't have any mac n cheese
Excellent meal... my wife Kim and I must be living right. The weather outside was very cold and it was just starting to snow, the restaurant was fairly crowded. However when we arrived a seat opened up just next to a roaring fire. We could have not timed it better if we tried. The service was excellent, and the meal was great. We were warmed by the fire and could see it snow through the windows in the distance.
Staff very friendly, food as always good. I usually don't get steaks at Cracker Barrel but did this time I did, and I usually get my steaks well done. This steak was done to perfection, not dry, tender, and delicious.
Best Cracker Barrel I’ve been to in TN!!! We are from out of the area and we were wearing Bengals attire and wondered if we would be treated differently but we were treated the best! Our server was great and Paige was awesome as well!

We stayed in the parking lot overnight had a GREAT breakfast! We bought some wonderful gifts for our grandkids. Brook at the counter was very nice and helpful in helping us! Thank you! Tim and Bonnie
Our server was Abby what a great server she made our visit wonderful. The food was amazing three different meals all tasted amazing. Wish this cracker barrel was closer to home. If we ever come back this way we will definitely stop here.
I had one of the best experiences ever at the Cracker Barrel today. I had a waiter by the name of Tanner who may have been the best waiter me and my family have ever had. He was super kind and was always refilling our drinks and got our food out to us in a hurry. Everytime we go to the Cracker Barrel from now on we will ask to be in his section! Food was great per normal as well.
Food and service were right on par! Can't believe how Cracker barrel has ruined country Boy. 😑 Steak no tips. Raise price but don't ruin a classic...
