It has been a long time since I have eaten here. The food was just as good as I remembered. The waitress did write down the wrong thing on my order, but it was an honest mistake. I ordered the Grilled Ham and Cheese with pickles. It was really good, the fries were delicious, and my mother was very satisfied with her Chicken Fried Steak. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming, it has a great view of the Roughneck Stadium, and is very easy to find. The girls who work there are super friendly and really helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.
Good local small-town diner. This is a clean, well staffed restaurant. The food was well priced for the portions and did not disappoint. Easily the best breakfast I've had in a while. Wish the could add more room as it felt crowded even without every table full.
Great food service and prices, we come here every chance we get. They've been here for a very long time that should speak volumes. Since 65 I think that's great! The same family has owned it since 1975, My husband loves the homemade chicken fried steak.
It's a great local out-of-the-way place for breakfast or lunch. My family likes to go there for breakfast. I'll normally order a burger and fries, just because I prefer that over pancakes, eggs and sausage anytime.
it is always an awesome Like Home Cooking if you're ever in town you should try this one been going there since I was a kid and I am now 50 and it's the real deal Cafe and the owner is a good Christian man
