Absolutely the most disrespectful and rude employees. I was picking up for UberEats, and properly rang the bell on the side of the building, mind you, in 12° weather, and was immediately looked at, laughed at, and IGNORED by 2 employees eating at a table RIGHT NEXT to the door where delivery drivers

Drive through was the only available option which is fine. I thought a coleslaw was included in my family meal which confirming my order at the window it wasnt. Still not a problem. The issue is they refused to add it to my order or ring a new order and said i had to circle the building to get back
The line was seriously long and they mixed up my order. My sister wanted a regular chicken sandwich and they gave her a spicy one in a non spicy chicken bag. She also wanted a Dr. Peper and was given root beer soda. I won't be going back there.

Management definitely knows how to please. I was surprised at the awesome service we received especially by the fellow in the lobby. Will definitely return. And we got free ice cream!
