I've been to this location a few times now and it's usually a great visit every time. Unfortunately this last visit (11/20/21) I order my regular drink and it tasted like straight oatmilk 😠like there was absolutely no espresso taste :( I was so sad hahaha hence the 4 stars, but hey it happens I understand especially with restaurants/coffee shops being short staffed. The staff was super nice throughout my visit though Hopefully the next visits are better.
I have been coming here everyday to get the same drink and the service has been excellent. Wonderful employees and consistently make excellent frozen drinks everyday. I switched to this location from another Dunkin and this place rocks! Keep it up! 💪
