First time at Fazoli's. First impression before I walked in wasn't for sure. The concrete sidewalk outside the door was very stained.
I ordered a meal for dine-in. Very nice that our food is served on real plates. Salad was nice and fresh. Dining room was clean and tidy.
Food was good, and plenty of it. Cost came out to 13 dollars. Seems like a great value.
I'll visit another Fazoli's again if the need arises
When we first got inside, the manager was very welcoming. We ordered our food and got it really quick. It was good and the portion size seems reasonable. The same manager was delited to help get us more bread sticks and thanked us for coming in.

Fazoli's is the best place for fast and delicious Italian food! The food comes out in a timely manner and you get fantastic breadsticks to munch on while you wait. The service at North Rock Road is phenomenal! We have never had a bad experience. Ahmed is AMAZING with all the customers and always makes us feel welcome! The restaurant is always kept very clean as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant, at this location to everyone!
This place is a definite favorite for my family and I! Ahmed has always been there when we go and greets us with a smile. He is very polite and professional. Our food always comes quickly and is tastes amazing! The restaurant is always clean and the drink station is never sticky and is always well stocked. You will not be disappointed eating here!
I have always loved fazolis, and my timeline can prove it :-). While traveling to visit family for the holidays, we had to stop on our roadtrip for at least some delicious breadsticks. Customer service was a touch above with them even putting parm cheese on the top when serving your dishes. Food was great, expect for the ziti on my combo platter. I highly recommend this place!!
The service is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. The older gentleman that is the manager is always happy to see you walk in the door. Makes you feel really welcomed and brings your food to the table and puts fresh grated cheese on it for you. The service for a fast food restaurant is above and beyond and would recommend you stop in and have a great meal and experience.
The bread sticks were amazing, the fettuccine noodles cooked perfectly. Plus save room for dessert.
