This Braums location has such great staff that is knowledgeable and dedicated. They work fast and clean and care. The ice cream is good, especially their cones. I also like their burgers a lot. And the groceries are convenient too.
I love their crispy chicken club sandwich with their smoky braum's sauce! Their bacon cheeseburgers are great as well. Don't have much experience with their breakfast but I know the biscuits and gravy are good. Finally, the ice cream is really good with a wide variety of flavors. Not that soft serve ice cream either. The good stuff.
We only buy Braums milk, and love the quality of items available in their market place. The reduction of one star is due to the service. This location doesn't have a dedicated person for the market side, so sometimes you end up standing there waiting for someone to check you out. I wish they had a better system for monitoring to provide quick service when someone needs to check out.
Great food and ice cream. My only complaint is their grocery section. They do not have staff allocated there permanently so when you're ready to check out you must flag down someone behind the counter. I think they could set up a bell or other notification system to alert staff when someone is ready to check out.
I got the crispy chicken sandwich combo with a drink food was really good and fresh. Friendly greater at the door and service!
