Found this place because of my friend. The first experience was such great, so I’ve talked about this place for the Vietnamese hot pot with my roommates for a while.
The second time here was great as well. I’m so glad and appreciate the owner so nice to explain how Vietnamese people eat those foods to my roommates- they’re Americans, so his explanation is really crucial for the 5 stars. We’re all feeling stuffed and satisfied with the experience. 🥰☺️❤️
Fast service, good portions, friendly staff, & something to fill you up. The smoothie's are nice and thick. The sandwich does have a bite to it.
The food was so DELICIOUS that we decided to move to Kansas! Just so we can eat here ALL THE TIME. Service was great. Portion sizes are plentiful. Extremely AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food. The eggrolls come with lettuce!! The Phổ - from presentation to taste is unequivocally the BEST. LOVED the Viet coffee! Will go back again and again and will also try that fish.
Wonderful, wonderful restaurant! Everything tastes so good!! Try ordering the baked fish for a group by calling before you go.
The place is very pristinely decorated. Even though it's not in the best part of town, you'll feel safe and clean. There are always fresh flowers on the tables! It's a nice touch.
Recomended for family and big group.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Wichita. I came here a few times and tried different dishes. So far all are delicious. I just wish they would put mint leaves inside their spring rolls as they should. The staff are quick and professional.
We always order banh xeo and request spring roll rice paper sheets so we can make banh xeo spring rolls. This visit, we got a variety of herbs instead of the usual green leaf lettuce and mint. I was soooo happy! I also add chili oil in my dipping sauce. If you want to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine, give Thao's a try. They have many menu items that other restaurants don't offer.
