My boyfriend and I come to this subway almost weekly. Never even seen this young woman before. Called back to speak to them on the phone about how they messed up our order. She answered the phone giving me attitude, immediately. She was extremely slow paced even with a line almost halfway to the door (which I’ve never seen in this subway before, props to the cool manager and his workers who are competent and work with a pep in their step)
On a brighter note, the gentleman who started our sandwiches was awesome, always is. We enjoy coming to this location just on good attitudes alone, idk who hired this new gal, but I think that she needs to be coached just based on attitude alone, and on basic customer service, because she ain’t doing well. Also, when asking for napkins by the end of our visit, we were handed two whole napkins. Not really happy, to be honest.

I went today to get a sandwich. Allison who is a very sweet young lady & Randy who is a nice young man, helped me out. They were AWESOME. Food has been GREAT LATELY. And these two employees deserve a raise. Very kind, efficient. A blessing for sure.
My 8 egg Sandwich was made perfectly and faster than ever !!! This is Subway 200 or so that I have tried across the US! This one is the best so far .
