I order Papa John’s frequently and recently received a free two topping pizza because PJ’s said there last delivery time did not beat their standards… For my part, I didn’t notice they were late nor did I complain, this was one of the tastiest unexpected apologies I’ve ever received. Hands down, PJ’s is my favorite pizza and this helped solidify future orders from my home. Thanks for such a great policy! And for all the Negative Nancy’s here, my pizza arrived 15 minutes early!
