I am a big sandwich guy and this is exactly the type of place that I am always searching for. I was in the area looking for food places that I’ve never tried and I came across Big Wally’s and they did not disappoint. The selection of hot and cold sandwiches was almost too much to decide, so I asked the guy behind the counter what the most popular sub was and he said the Poore Boy so I ordered that and added a Porkinator from the pulled pork specials he also recommended. There is no seating inside so I ate in my car and after had to go back in to thank them for the recommendations and tell them how good the sandwiches were. We need more places like this. Great food and customer service and great prices. Bring cash, no cards! Support small business!

This is a cash only shop. This sandwich shop offers takeout only. We went for a lunch and ended up with takeout. Crew was very helpful and service was very quick. Lots of people ordered their sandwich via phone. We had a veggie cold cut and it was delicious. Bread and veggies were fresh and were in good quantity. One thing to notice is that their full sub is way too big probably 18inch. Prices are good and lots of varieties. Will definitely visit again.

First time here and I immediately thought this place was a sandwich institution. Old school great Sandwiches no fluff and my order confirmed my opinion. Great Sandwiches all around.

Layout/atmosphere *Takeout only; cash only; parking lot Service *Friendly Food/drink *Reuben (pastrami, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing & homemade coleslaw) on half sub - outstanding; the bread & pastrami were good; dressing & cole slaw weren’t too messy *Colonel Wallace (Cajun breaded chicken, Nashville hot sauce, mayo, pickles) on half sub - the Cajun seasonings and hot sauce kind of worked against each other but still a good sandwich

Food is excellent, CASH ONLY! Had many different sandwiches at this point, and, unless you order something you're on the fence on liking in the first place....you'll enjoy your sandwich as well. You really can't sit and eat here though, it's a lot smaller on the inside than you'd think, people are nice though...that's why the atmosphere is lower

Best sandwich spot in town. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat that'll hit the spot then this is it! The menu of sandwiches they have remind of the Grease Trucks from back in the day in New Brunswick. It's all take-out and cash only so be ready slap down a bill and roll out.

Oh my freaking God what can I say about this place I've been going there since I've been a kid I'm now 43 years old. Just amazing. The sandwiches are so good. If you're in the area even if you're not in the area you need to stop in and get a sandwich from them.

Been out of west for a few years and came back a few months ago. Had to stop in for their outstanding subs. As always, subs were great and the bread always fresh. Obviously, the prices have gone up a little and the meat pile has gotten a little thinner, but you can't beat the price for a 2 meal sub. Will still be coming back when I'm in that area.
