Pleasant experience all the way around! Thank you to the staff of this Wilkes-Barre PA store for their excellence in providing five star quality and service. I also felt there were ample menu choices for low fares. That wasn't always the case for Red Lobster. I hadn't been there in a couple decades because it was too costly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I absolutely love this place. Whenever I'm having a bad day and I want to have a good laugh I go in when Vanessa's bartending to get my late lunch and everything is always perfect. Manager is great. The food is always phenomenal. And Vanessa is such a sweetheart.
My daughter's friend took us out here for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was fabulous! I really enjoyed being there.
The food was delicious the portions of very small and the prices were double them with a used to be. However, still delicious and the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious and free. Ultimate feast still taste good but is not worth 40 bucks. Suggest doing the endless shrimp instead.
The restaurant does a great job (food, service, and atmosphere) but the phone answering system is poorly designed. There is no way to get past the jabbering that precedes the phone menu options and, when I press 0 to talk to somebody, I get the trash message "you have made an invalid selection." I was later told however to press 7 to talk to the restaurant, but they need to fix the phone system.
We arrived shortly after 4 p.m. for an early dinner and were seated immediately, as there were plenty of seating available.
Sarah, our server, was extremely pleasant and professional. She took our order and brought out drinks quickly.
The linguini Alfredo with garlic shrimp was very good. There was a generous portion of al dente pasta and plump shrimp. The garlic wasn't too strong and blended well with the Alfredo sauce.
The Cajun chicken Alfredo was also delicious. The portion was the same as the other dish. The chicken was tender, and the pasta was served al dente. We both left the restaurant plenty filled and satisfied.
The Red Lobster, obviously, has been around for decades, and their commitment to quality food is still the same. If you have a seafood or chicken craving but don't want to spend too much money, The Red Lobster is more than just a safe bet.
Food was really good I got the ultimate feast. But the fish and chips I can recommend them to put seasoning on the fish. Old bay goes along way with seafood.
We had the unlimited shrimp special and the different ways that the shrimps were served were delicious. The waitress was on point and kept asking if we wanted refills. I have no complaints.
Our waitress Mary was a sweetheart and very kind and was very attentive. We were one of the first ones there and on the first day for the crab fest they were still trying to get bibs and gloves etc ready so we did not get them until later but they gave us wet wipes like a neverending supply..lol..and plenty of napkins.. I can see why with the wait staff and service why this Red Lobster does better than the one by me in Dickson City. The manager even asked how things were and was actually attentive and was kind ..For me this was definitely a 5 star visit
My son went for the all you can eat shrimp with his grandma. He really enjoyed it. He said all the food was really good. He wants to go back soon to have the shrimp again. I will be bringing him back soon (but I won't be getting shrimp)
Service was okay but the food was amazing. I recommend it, even just for the steaks.
My husband and I ate here while shopping in the area. The menu had a lot of delicious options! I chose the sirloin steak and shrimp. My husband chose a large platter. We were both very happy with our selections. Can't wait to go back!
Staff was friendly. No wait time to be seated. Waitress took our order right away. Food was to die for. Place was clean. Literally not one complaint.
