This is an take out only restaurant. At this time they only accept cash payment there is an ATM on site. The food is good and fresh. The environment was clean and relaxed.
I ordered a large chicken in garlic sauce, it was enough for me to eat three times and super delicious. So far the best chicken in garlic sauce I’ve ever had as far as taste. The pieces of chicken could be bigger.

Hands down they have the best Chinese food in Wilkes-Barre. They the only ones I know that have great customer service what the customers. Always hustling and bustling back there and you can tell because the food is fresh.

If you like Savory instead of SWEET Chinese recipes you will love New China. I have had their Mushu Pork, Moo Goo Gai Pan, and chicken with broccoli. All of it was tasty, spicy, high quality, and generous in portion. It will become one of my local goto's for a fresh home cooked meal that we didn't have to make :)
I am always very picky about getting authentic Chinese food but New China is amazing! They have such a convenient online ordering and the food is always ready way faster than many other restaurants. If you are in the Wilkes-Barre area and are craving some amazing Chinese food, this place is definitely the place to go!
One of the best Chinese food in this area. I haven’t had Chinese food in such a long time, I tried two different spots before this one and absolutely hated it. This reminded me of the Chinese food I ate growing up in Brooklyn. I enjoyed the wigs chopped up and fried hard
The food is fantastic. Prices are good. People are very nice and the facility is clean. If you call your order in it is ready when they tell you it will be ready and hot. I love the food.
I ordered General Tso with medium spice. It didn't taste like General Tso and wasn't spicy. I also ordered Crab Rangoon that was perfect as were the shrimp eggrolls.
