Wonderful thoughtful people work there. Food is really good. Real chicken not ground up mixed with soy or something. Very lightly breaded. Free stuff for kids and prepackaged hand wipes in a container next to ketchup/salt/pepper so little hands can be wiped before and after
I always go to Chick-fil-A because we love the food, but today I was in with my son and we ordered about $17 in breakfast at the end of the breakfast cycle. There wasn't a line when we walked in, and after about 10 minutes I was starting to wonder if someone had accidentally forgot my order. Not upset about it, but it definitely seemed longer than normal. Almost immediately after I started to think that, the manager walked over unsolicited and asked for my receipt because she wanted to comp it because it had taken too long. And then she tossed in an extra egg and cheese biscuit...amazing!!
That's a business that 'gets it' from a customer service perspective. Great job, guys!

Ate here on an epic road trip. Fantastic service. The waitress that took our order was friendly and engaging. The air conditioning was a well needed boon, and the straws were difficult to steal. 5/5 stars.
I did an online order and picked up through the drive-thru. I had no issues with the process, and the order was correct. They must have done something different with the waffle fries because they were still crunchy when I got home, a huge plus for me! Thanks for having great food and not being stingy with the sauces.
Simply put... Amazing. Amazing food, amazing process either drive-through or curbise and amazing staff. Always makes me feel like a value customer and they always have a smile and seem so happy to be working and helping you.
