This pizza is like crack.... picked this up 20 mins after... still tasted beautiful.. love the toppings given as well
I ordered pizza from this location but there was a hair in it which was by mistake of course. So I called and they were so nice to actually replace the pizza and come to my home and deliver it. I would definitely order again. Great customer service, they actually listened to me and fixed the issue.
Papa John's in Williston Park is much better under new management. I was very disappointed with the service on 8/17/2020. The owner was unfriendly and wanted to charge me for paper plates and packets of hot pepper. He wanted 75 cents per packet. The store is now under new management and the employee is more pleasant and accommodating. The quality of the pizzas has always been very good. It was just the old staff that was terrible. I will continue to patronize this store with the new management team.
Ordered online. Was called a couple minutes later and spoke with a Mr. Ahmed. (Hope the spelling is correct) He advised me that his driver had a vehicle issue and his next driver wouldn't be in until 6PM.
Things happen..
My order would be delayed and wouldnt be out until much later, after 6PM, when the next driver was on shift.
He, himself showed up with the delivery around 545pm.

Not sure why the low rating so I decided to tell everyone I've been ordering from here pickup and delivery for 5 years and I never had a single problem. Food always hot and fresh. Staff friendly. Delivery guy very nice and respectful.
Their service and quality got better for last few weeks. Whatever new they are doing, they should keep it up. Thank you papa johns for my last order. It was right on dot.
Early in the am, my food was freshly made, piping hot and extremely good.
I see too many complains but i m totally happy with the food and service.
It was my first time ordering Papa johns and loved it.
