This was the best afternoon ever. I had seen Ceviches on the Food network channel and being half Panamanian had to giv it a try. We were visiting family in Myrtle Beach and drove the hour to Wilmington. It was worth it for sure. Fantastic food, great atmosphere. Our waitress was extremely hospitable and attentive to all our needs. And having Hunter (owner and fellow Zonian) come chat with us after dinner was the highlight of our evening. Will sure be back the next time we are in Wilmington again

Our waitress was a dud... but the food was outstanding and they made up for the poor service with a discount. Highly recommend if you can find a place to park and get in...

Great, authentic food--just like i remember it from my years in the Canal Zone. We split an order of empanadas, my husband had Ropa Vieja, I had Langostina Cake and then I had the flan with crystalized hibiscus for dessert. Everything was incredible!. But that crystallized hibiscus was to die for. And it all was responsibly priced. (We only spent about $60). The atmosphere was great. Our waitress was wonderful, too. When the owners found out that we had lived in Panama and our friend is Panamanian, they came over and reminisced with us for a while. It was a great experience and the one of the high points of our vacation. We'll definitely be back!.

Incredible! Excellent service and amazing food! We ordered the yucca fries with garlic aioli, the ropa vieja, the corvina a la plancha, the sangria (super strong, but good), and the churros (save room for these)! Everything was delicious and couldn't have been any better. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive too! You have to try this place out!

My husband surprised me with dinner here just the other day and it was amazing! I love the food network and I told him about this place because Guy Fieri was here and he brought us here on our honeymoon. Everything from food, to servers, to atmosphere was a 10!!

I am from Bolivar, TN here visiting my sister and this is where she brought us for dinner. The food was delicious! I had never had Ceviche before and was delighted that it was so good! It was a little crowded, but our wait was short and we received our drinks quickly! Our waitress was on her game and took our orders without writing them down. Everything came out exactly how each of the four of us had ordered! I see why it is my sister’s favorite place to eat!

Love this place. Everything on the menu and specials are delicious. But the langostine coco ceviche is the best.

We had dinner last night during our first stay. We were served by the waiter; had great service and great food. The 4 sampler ceviche was great as a starter. The fish special (sautéed jolt head) was perfectly cooked, as were the vegetables. The combination of the fish, vegetables, and sauce was awesome.

My Partner and I ate there last night. Wow! it was a great find. The food was great and the service was excellent. I will be returning. Thank you Ceviche's for offer a great inspirational restaurant to the Wilmington area. The ceviche El Quatro was so good. The cucumber and crab soup was out of this world and refreshing on a hot day and the empanadas were the best we tasted....

We came here for dinner and had a great meal. We ordered the corvina ceviche, mango mahi ceviche, and guacamole sampler as appetizers, and the blackened scallops & slow roasted pork belly, ropa vieja, and arroz con pollo as main plates. Everything was delicious, but our favorite by far was the blackened scallops & slow roasted pork belly, which was cooked perfectly. The only downside of our meal was the thickness of the tortilla chips, as their thickness and crunchiness made them somewhat harder to eat. Overall, our meal was excellent and we would definitely come again if we’re ever back in the area!

One of the tastiest meals while on vacation! Our waitress was phenomenal. Cocktails, dinner, and our sweet indulgence were all home runs . Our fish was perfection. Whenever we are in town, we will make it a point to come back!

Hard to believe it's been 4 years since we enjoyed this great restaurant. Fresh guacamole and Corvina ceviche went well with a Mezcal margarita and spicy cucumber gin cocktail. The fried oysters with curry aioli was unique and delicious. Jerk Shrimp was good flavor but not too spicy. A full bowl that left a full belly. Definitely will be back sooner than 4 years.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Wilmington! Their menu is has so many unique delicious options...my personal favorite is the corvina ceviche & coconut shrimp! Not only is the food exceptional, but the presentation is always beautiful. Each dish is beautifully plated, showcasing the vibrant colors and high-quality ingredients. The ambiance of the restaurant is another standout feature. The modern yet cozy decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a casual lunch or a special evening out. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or a special someone, Ceviches provides the ideal setting for any occasion.

We made a reservation fairly last minute on a Friday night and we were able to get one for 9:15pm. It was absolutely worth it !!! The service and atmosphere were great and the food was phenomenal. We got the elote salsa, watermelon salad and jerk shrimp ( might not be exact names) but it was all SO GOOD. Laura’s lemonade was refreshing and the beignets for our dessert were lovely ! I have no doubt that we will return when back in town.

We had a wonderful dinner, celebrated my dinner on their gorgeous back patio. Service was perfect, food was amazing and they couldn’t have been more accommodating or nicer! We go every time we are in town (several times if time permits). It’s one of our favorite spots!

If you are in the area, please go to Ceviche’s. Definitely recommend reservations, because it was packed, even for lunch time. The food was delicious and fresh and our service was great. We had the watermelon salad, salsa Fresca, ceviche sampler, and the special of the day, which was steak tacos and coconut rice. Sangria was on point as well! We will definitely be back!

I came to Wrightsville Beach from Durham for a solo day trip, specifically to see a beach sunset. I knew I wanted some fish to eat for dinner and Ceviche’s did not disappoint. Parking was very tight and I was happy my car was still around when I finished my meal 😅 I was able to walk in and have a seat at the bar for dinner. Anyway, on to the good stuff. The restaurant is beautiful (nice casual though I literally walked in from the beach with a sundress on). The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Their food and drink recommendations were outstanding! Started with a watermelon mojito and empanadas- pollo and carne. BOTH empanadas were divine but the carne was chef’s kiss. I could have bought another serving of that but I’ve never had ceviche before and felt the urge to have it since that’s the name of the restaurant and all 😅 The Corvina hit the spot and went very well with the Sauvignon Blanc (it was also Wine Wednesday 🥂). I could have stopped there but I still wanted more fish so I finished with the Blackened Mahi, very aware it was going to take most of it home. It had everything I love though and it turned out very good. It’s about to make a good Thursday lunch. I can’t wait to go back and try more. The rest of the restaurant is so lovely and the menu had so much left for me to try. And I was done in time to catch the gorgeous sunset 😍.

Wow! First time I’ve eaten here and can’t wait to come again! Had small corvina ceviche and carne empanadas (2 come) as my meal and it was perfect!! Husband had arugula salad (huge) and scallops and pork belly dish both were also delish as I had tastes of those too!

We have heard of this place for awhile, and finally ate here. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I had mahi mango ceviche and coconut shrimp, and my husband had the paella, and all was very good. I also had the daily sangria, which was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. We sat in the outdoor covered patio. We would definitely go back.

Awesome little place for some tasty ceviche! They do have other stuff on the menu, but that’s not why you'd go here 😄 The classic was my favorite with one of the largest fish portions I've seen in a while. Very refreshing!

We loved the food from Ceviche’s and will absolutely be back. We ordered a take-out meal for a Celiac family (completely gluten free,) and they did a fantastic job. As an example, they didn’t give us chips with our guacamole sampler due to cross contamination in the fryer. Instead we paid an extra $1 for cucumber slices to dip in the guac. The ACP dish was decent, but the tuna dish with coconut rice was unbelievable. As far as seating, there are indoor tables, a covered back patio, and tables in the bar area - all of which can be selected through reservations ahead of time. For first come, first served seating, you can choose from tables out front or seats along the bar. The parking situation is tight, but if you can get a parking spot, you’re in for a treat at Ceviche’s. We ordered take-out due to not being able to get reservations in the few days prior. I was pleased that when ordering online, you can select food allergies/restrictions for each meal selected. Celiac was an option which was really neat to see.

Delicious!!! Wow the food here is just wow!! I had been craving ceviche for months and this place knocked it out of the park. I ordered the ceviche sampler and what a winner! It fulfilled my ceviche dreams. I had a hard time choosing which ceviche I liked the most. They were all fresh, full of flavor and mouthwatering. I also ordered the chorizo and chicken empanadas which were also mouthwatering. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The service was stellar. We called ahead to make a reservation but they were already booked for the night. They told me they still took walk-ups so my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. We arrived around 6:30pm and they had one open table outside. Even though it's midsummer and hot, it was comfortable and cozy. The ambiance was great. I'd recommend making reservations but don't be discouraged if they're booked.

We eat at Ceviche's every time we visit Wilmington, about 2-3 times a year. It's a tiny place in an odd location, and it can be difficult to park at times, but it's absolutely worth it. The ambiance is fun and colorful. The food is always delicious, and the service is always friendly. Love it!
