The service is over the top- everyone was so professional and so friendly- The suggestions of what to drink to what app's to get to what to feast on are from the heart ❤️... I didn't feel rushed - no one came to snatch your plate right away which is done in way too many other restaurants .. I bring only my top notched friends and family to this fine establishment who appreciate the best of the best ... 10 stars from me !!!

A elaborate assortment of epicurean delights is the norm rather than the exception when dining at Catch. I knew that my visit would be beyond memorable. I am always blessed to have an incredible taste adventure whenever I go. From the appetizers to the desserts, Catch never disappoints! Kudos to the wait staff who were professional, engaging and accommodating!

We had a wonderful dinner at Catch! We started with the crunchy calamari and kale. From now on, I only want to eat kale if it is tempura kale with guacamole and spicy sauce. A super food for sure! Our entrees were equally as delicious and memorable. I enjoyed the salmon with udon noodles. My husband hesitated to order ribs at a seafood restaurant, but the risk payed off. The ribs and shrimp with collards and sweet potatoes (with a brûlée topping) were outstanding. Executive chef, Keith Rhodes, has thought of every detail from micro greens to a chill atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

Honestly, I was skeptical before coming here - usually more expensive food comes out in smaller portions. With that being said, this place blew me away! Last night we went here for my birthday and I am so glad we did! Portions are definitely filling, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Grouper - it was delicious! The calamari was awesome as well! I would come again in a heart beat.

If you are ever unable to decide a place to eat, and you want some local seafood or simply a different atmosphere, it is imperative that you visit Catch. The cuisines are very exquisite with impeccable taste, and an astonishing presentation. The cordiality of the staff creates a sense of family. The dining experience will leave you breathless as if you heard a mellifluous sound accompanied by a calming petrichor aroma. Then, and not a moment before, will you have an epiphany that Catch is, hands down, THE best restaurant in Wilmington Nc. #HookedOnCatch

Fantastic. I kept it basic on my first visit enjoying oysters on the half shell and the fried seafood platter. Everything tasted very fresh, flavorful but not over-seasoned. Nice portions as well. I'd like to try some of their more unique options next time.

One of the best salmon dishes I have ever eaten. So moist, tasteful with drunken noodles and lovely presentation.

Amazing experience at this CLASSY restaurant! This was a special dinner & we wanted something really upscale....it cracks me up a little that here in the nine-one-oh you get these phenomenal restaurants in little un-suspected places (usually strip malls, lol). From STELLAR service (Dení was SO professional & service worthy of big-city 5-star restaurant service!). To the amazing food & lovely cozy ambiance. You can come dressed up or wear a t-shirt; it caters to either as it's a no-judge establishment! The chef here has won accolades & we heard about him thru friends but hadn't been yet. Sad we waited so long! DEF call for a reservation, there's limited seating. BTW it's spaced out well so tables have adequate intimacy, but it's still a medium-small place so on a busy night there could be ambient noise. We came when about 1/3 of tables were occupied so it was delightfully quiet & very romantic (warm low lighting & soft smooth jazz in the air). Grouper filet was like flaky-butter-fish melting in my mouth - the glaze on the green beans could have been on the grouper - it was freakin awesome & not overpowering, if you get this ask for extra on the side/wish I had!). Salmon was cooked perfect med-rare with a crispy skin & crispy glaze (how on earth they do that with the moist center is a mystery to me!). Firecracker shrimp starter was OMG amazing, jumbo shrimp tasted like they were same-day caught! Coconut cake dessert was DI-VINE. Expect $25-35 per plate (over 40 if you get fresh oysters or lobster or filet). Good pics of the menu already on here/yelp. They do have nightly specials as well. CLASSY CLASSY UPSCALE DINING!

Went to "Catch" after 4 years. One of the first places we visited when living in Lumberton and on a vacation weekend. James Beard Award winner and worth the visit! Started with Smokey Old Fashion and Martini with Blue Cheese Olives and 2 different oysters! My wife had ribs and shrimp with sweet potato brûlée and collards and I had Drunkin Noodles with egg plant, Bok Choy and lobster.

This was among the best restaurant experiences I’ve had and definitely the best seafood. Our server, Robert, was helpful, attentive, and engaging. We had the blue crab dip, tempura battered lobster tail, and coconut cake. In a word… fabulous!

Went here on a Saturday night, had to make reservations 2 weeks in advance. Small place, fully packed! No surprise, we had high expectations. Firecracker shrimp was very good. I got the crabcakes per waitress recommendation, and they were 10/10. Absolutely delicious, big portion, Paula Dean wasn't playing around when she praised them. My wife got the tempura lobster tail with truffle Mac and broccoli, which was also delicious, but the broccoli was a severe disappointment and reason for 4 stars. Broccoli was straight up mush, no flavor, and quite sad for a side dish at such a well known restaurant. Overall, crabcakes were amazing, and I would come back here just for those.

Genuinely one of THE best meals I've ever eaten. Ever single thing me and my family ordered was incredible. I had the Swordfish special and it was probably the best fish dish I've ever had. A must go.

Dinner was fabulous! Our server, Amy, was amazing and she did a fabulous job. Stopped by often enough to check on us, her timing was excellent. I felt like everyone wanted us to have a great experience and we did. The food was delicious (calamari, friend seafood platter, scallops) and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Five stars all around!

From the outside it looks like a take out place and when you enter you are greeted with a nice looking bar. As I entered the dining room I noticed the Asian-inspired interior and coastal decor. Our server was very accommodating and attentive. I ordered the drunken lobster which I was skeptical because it looked wet from some of the pics I saw online. It’s actually lobster on a bed of fried rice with a sweet chili sauce . The tail was in the shell and easily pulled out. I loved it! It was delicious. The dishes seem to have an asian fusion theme. I expected it to be more southern.

Do not let the location scare you away from this place! The food and service were amazing and we will absolutely be back. Top notch spot, super cute for a date night. Plates were fresh and innovative. We got two of the chef's specials and even though they were very different (asian-inspired seared tuna and cajun-inspired red drum), they were equally well seasoned and delicious. Highly recommend!!!
