Food was delicious. Service was outstanding! Ate potato wedges, cheese eggs and bacon. Also had the eternal Benedict with potato wedges. Bananas Foster French toast was delicious as well just forgot to take a pic. Will definitely return when we come back to visit
I had the Blueberry Lemon cross ain't French Toast, Eggs and Turkey Sausage. It was great! I will be back once I'm in town. š Everyone was nice and helpful!
California Benedict and an apple cider mimosa. SO GOOD! The brisket Benedict and fried hit honey chicken biscuit were to die for as well. We had a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Even though they were busy, the service was great too!
Awesome place to grab breakfast. Mimosas were great and they have a flight option if you cannot decide on one! Their expansive eggs benedict selection had lots of good options. Separate Gluten Free Menu.
My favorite person and I went to this cute spot in Wilmington, NC. She had the eggs Benedict and I the hot honey chicken biscuit waffle. The kitchen was superbly run by delightful staff. I wasn't able to meet the chef, but they definitely knew how to prepare a meal, and I thank you. The waffle was a delightful liege with a perfect crisp. A delicious sweet sauce with a delicate spicy seasoning. With a side of potato wedges lain on a Chipotle hollandaise sauce. Beautifully prepared by a culinary artist. The eggs Benedict was expertly made, one of the best I've had. I also had a side of eggs over medium. One thing I look for is how a chef presents eggs over medium. The chef did not disappoint with the eggs perfectly crafted, whites cooked fully with no browning and yolks evenly saucey. Eating my delightful culinary artwork while listening to great modern alternative music really started my day right.
We ended up stopping at Eternal Sunshine Cafe after trying another place that was unexpectedly closed. I was excited to try the other place, but ended up happy it was closed because Eternal Sunshine was so good! Itās in a small strip of shops, so from the outside doesnāt look super exciting, but inside it is very cute and quaint. The service was prompt and the servers were kind. I mentioned a slight cinnamon allergy and our server Emily explained options for making sure my food was safe in a way that showed they were knowledgeable about food allergies. My boyfriend ordered the hot chicken biscuit and was VERY happy with it. It was sweet with a slight kick, and came with well cooked chicken and a cake like biscuit. It also came with a side of eggs and potatoes. I ordered the California Benedict with a side salad. The side salad was very tasty and a nice light side option. The Benedict was very tasty. Probably not the best hollandaise Iāve had, which I was surprised about because they are famous for their Benedictās. But it was very good nonetheless. I opted to also add the $2 pancake to my Benedict, because how can you pass up a $2 pancake? I ordered the sāmore pancake and it was TO DIE FOR! I love sāmores and it was delicious. Overall I would highly recommend this as a great place to stop on your way to Wrightsville Beach. Go try it out!
The food here is outstanding. Service excellent. The atmosphere is just fine, but it is located in a strip mall and it feels just a bit below the quality and creativity of the food.
Neat little cafe located in a small strip mall. Very popular and packed restaurant when I visited - on a Sunday early afternoon, so a bit hectic while waiting to be seated. Tasty food options, flavorful and fresh. Friendly servers.
Needed to grab a bite before going to the Assistance League next door. Wandered in and was pleasantly surprised. They are only opened to 2pm and we got there a little after one. We were thinking lunch, but it was actually a breakfast/brunch locale. Two of us got the pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs. The eggs were cooked as ordered. The pancakes were fluffy definitely from scratch and made with care. They were diabetic, so they had to settle for sugar free syrup instead of the specialty syrups on the table. I got the dippy pancakes. They were also fluffy with candied pecans and candied bacon. The peach sauce were enveloped on top of the pancakes to mimic poached eggs. You broke the thin outer layer and the sauce oozed down the sides of the pancakes. Some of the most delicious food we have put into our mouths. Truly decadent. The last of our party just got a biscuit and the roasted potato wedges from the a la carte menu. He loved the grilled biscuit and the potatoes were seasoned well. The portions were so generous, he actually helped to finish some of the other's pancakes. The value you for you received was a deal. Everyone was friendly and helpful-even at closing, when most people would be rushing to finish the day. A definite gem in the area.
By far my favorite place for breakfast! It is a small place. For that reason sometimes thereās a wait. It is worth it though. I love the Eternal Benedict ā„ļø My daughter always gets the Mickey Mouse pancake. Yesterday my husband had the Caribbean Illusion and loved it!
10/10 would recommend. Lobster eggs Benedict was perfect. The roasted red pepper sauce for the potato wedges is the perfect complement.
Great place! The food was delicious! Can't wait to go here again. Our waitress was the best and kept our mimosas coming!
Gluten-free menu (with gluten-free french toast as one of the options). The food was delicious. The staff was very nice. Allergens are taken seriously here!
We were on vacation in the area and stopped here because I saw Gluten Free Options. The food was good and they give you a big portion. Super nice staff. They also have Turkey bacon and Turkey sausage!
We stumbled across this from a review on Yelp. It was absolutely wonderful. We could not stop umming and ooohing as we ate. Usually 2 very yacky women were quiet as we ate our delicious breakfast.
I had the bacon quesadilla. Crispy tortilla with 2eggs scrambled, lots of creamy melted cheese, grilled onions and peppers and a layer of crispy crumbled bacon. When I say layer, I mean every bite was bacon packed.
My sister had 2 eggs scrambled and turkey bacon with 2 pieces of carrot cake french toast. I had to have a bite of it. Thick, dense, moist carrot cake had been dipped and crispy cooked. There was a glaze of cinnamon swirl and walnuts. It was so rich and delicious.
There were tables inside and out so on a nice day sitting outside makes for a pleasant start to your morning.
Highly recommend. Both food and service were great. Food came out quickly. We had mimosas and they were perfect. I had the California Benedict on gluten free bread and was extremely pleased. Lots of gluten free options including French toast.
We recently had brunch at the Eternal Sunshine Cafe on a quick trip to Wilmington and I can promise you it won't be our last time visiting this place. The service and food were both excellent. We were greeted with a friendly smile and our server was attentive and friendly as well. The food came out quickly and was perfect. I got the Southern Belle Benedict and would definitely get it again. If you're looking for brunch you can't go wrong here.
Delicious food we had their eggs Benedict. Portions were on the smaller side but tasteful! They told us there was a waiting line but it took less than 30 minutes to sit us at the bar. Our waitress was super nice. Since we sat at the bar, we noticed that they made a lot of mimosas. So we will be trying those next. Will definitely come back to try other options in the menu.
