Chillest bar I have ever been to. I highly recommend this place if you just want a small to decent crowd. Bartender plays some rock music, but if you don’t like it he’ll turn it off when the TouchTunes starts to play. I enjoyed spending a whole night here, but it’s a great last stop or even a night opener to get a pre-game. Definitely some fair prices as well.
Went with my wife and our friends who had told us about Lula's and I've been wanting to go. It's a little hard to find and it's underground! The bar is pretty small but has a really cool vibe, makes you feel like you've found some secret location. It's also part of the ghost tour! They have a decent beer selection, good prices and a jukebox so we were set! The place has an interesting history and the bartender was really cool. Looking forward to going back soon!

Lula's is a pretty cool hole in the wall local spot with a great vibe. I have been on haunted pub tours here before and the stories that go along with it are pretty cool too! My only detractor was it was pretty dang hot inside even later at night.
I really enjoy lula's bonzini foosball table and have for atleast 15year althought they have been around much longer. If you like off the beaten path dive bars this is the spot. Would give 5 stars but the bar tenders always seem annoyed by patrons using the jukebox to play songs they don't approve of...
Best bar in Wilmington, if you love a great drink in a unique place. Ask Bob to make you an Old Fashioned, you'll be glad you did.

Plain and simple, hands down this bar has no rival! A subterranean pub with affordable top self liquor and beer. I'm partial to an Old Speckled Hen and a shot of Powers. Said drink combo here is $8.50! This would cost me 12 or 13 in Williamsburg. But whatever you need they can make or they have it! The bartenders are steady and very competent and know the downtown area well if you need some food to soak up all the drinks you should've drank! They also sell smokes if you get that urge for a buck more, like 6 bones. And you can take a leisurely stroll on the pier. A short 2 minute walk from Lula's. This is my first destination when I hit Downtown Wilmington for my night out. Become a member you will not regret it! Been a member since 1997! Ben coming here since 94'. Love this place! Two thumbs up! Five stars! Whatever your rating system is its at the top! Brian, the owner is cool as hell! strike up a convo if he's working the bar. The bartender/slash door men Bill (he's from Kentucky) and Big Man (John) that's my dude. Tell him Keith the dude from New York sent you!
Terrible hamburgers and sushi, but the drinks were good.
Perfectly hidden away in a basement but with a nice, secluded outdoor space. perfect playlist of old school punk, industrial, etc. Bartender on sunday night was awesome.
For being out of the way and usually too drunk whenever I get there, it is a fun underground place to have a drink. Foosball, jukebox, and a decent outdoor area.
I love this bar. You get the feeling that you are in an underground bunker. It's a must stop everytime we go downtown and not too crowded.
