I’ve wanted to go back every day since my first visit! But money doesn’t grow on trees so I’ve had to pace myself! So excited to have a bubble tea place closer to home!! Was hoping to swing by before work tomorrow but we start work at the same time! Maybe it’ll be an after work treat to cure the Monday blues!

There's not a lot of places that serve healthy food in the morning that you can just quickly order and go; however, Tama Tea does! Stopped by today as my cupboard is bare and needed some good fuel. I ordered their Pomona Gluten Free Breakfast Sandwich (it comes non-gluten free BTW) and their Strawberry Sunset Smoothie. Delish!

The peach pear tea was really light, fresh and yummy, and the peach palmer hubby got was good too. They are vegan friendly, with specific items marked as vegan on the menu. I got the veggie wrap and it was good but SPICY! It had quinoa, carrots, spinach, avocado, and sriracha. Hubs got one of the sandwiches on ciabatta and it was also yummy. I'd like to go back to try to breakfast burrito and the eggless egg sandwich. They serve your food on a cute little tray and they don't have plastic cutlery! Yay for the planet!

Great food and atmosphere and staff. I ordered the Himalayan Chicken and my wife ordered the Vegan Sweet Potato wrap and both were delicious. First time visit but will definitely be back. The can tea was just ok, but the store made tea blend was really good.

I have been there four times in the last 5 months. The most recent was last Thursday (12/6). The people who work there have been consistently courteous and they have a great selection of teas. There is a nice outdoor patio area and a small space with a glass door if you want to have a quiet place to conduct business. Our Special Pedals board has been meeting here about once a month since I wrote my last review and the folks at Tama Cafe have consistently been welcoming and courteous. I also really like their green tea with honey!

Eclectic, EXCELLENT food and super friendly service, Counter Culture Coffee and Specialty drinks and Teas, one of my favorite cafes in Wilmington! The BEST Eggless Egg Salad Sandwich ever, with a side of chickpea salad, I have to eat it every week. Don't forget to try the locally made vegan black bean brownies. I love hanging out in this wonderful, light filled space.

I adore this place. I had to switch from coffee to tea for my diet, so this place was a Godsend! I love the choices that are available and the wall of available varieties seems endless. The staff has been very kind to me every time I've gone (especially since I had a child once who could NOT decide what she wanted). Then there's the Think Tank. I haven't used it yet but I sure do plan on it! The place was also very clean and spacious. Just talking about it makes me excited to go again. Which I will be this morning. You rock, Team Tama!

Love this gem of a shop. Visiting family in town and this is always my must visit stop. The employees are so patient and personable. Love the menu of quick healthy eats - you can never get a quick light healthy snack anywhere! The matcha is pure and on point and love the feel and decor of the place. Very clean and inviting. Hoping to see a storefront soon in the D.C. Area! 😊

I’m so glad I went for my first visit to Tama yesterday. I love all the healthy choices. I have recently become so conscious of what I’m eating and the need for healthy but also delicious choices. Very pleasant seating areas. I can’t wait to ho back. I noticed other patrons with their laptops, much like a coffee shop. But so much better than Starbucks or Port City Java. I hope I can find the nutrient info on Tama food choices since I'm using an app to record all my meals. For example, I had a winderful smoothie, but wonder how much sugar, protein etc was in it.
