Great service and pizza. Did the online ordering before they opened. It took a couple of tries to figure it out, but got it right. They called me after they opened at 10:30 to check the order. Delivered quickly and perfectly.

Food was good. However i ordered online delivery at 7:21 and received my two item purchase at 9:15. I also called the store and was on wait for 30 minutes and listened to how delicious their cookie brownies are on a loop. I called two separate times and never got to anyone on the other end. I called in a day later to try to talk to someone about the service I received, they ended up explaining to me that the system had crashed and gave me a credit for a free large pizza. I had to come back and change my review because they explained the issue and were very kind about the situation

Tonight we decided to order pizza after a late night at work. We went for the carry out meal deal, pine valley location. Upon arriving there was one young lady inside and she was totally crushing it. And I don't mean she outshined her other coworkers- she was the other coworkers. She was the ONLY person in the store. While waiting on our food a delivery driver came in with SIX BAGS, dropped them and collected the next SIX bags that our solo kitchen champion had ready and waiting. I'm pretty sure these 2 kids were alone all dang night, AND it was *super* busy. I know the girl said she was working OPEN TO CLOSE on top of being alone and busy! This is amazing dedication from 2 stellar employees who deserve to be treated like humans. I'm disgusted by dominoes for staffing one employee alone, a young female at that. I plan to call corporate to complain about this massive safety violation as well as the unfairness and irresponsibility of trying to forve one person to run a whole dominoes ALONE at the onset of season in a tourist town. Not to forget this was a young woman and every other business closes hours prior to this occurrence. All 5 of the stars belong to the employees, not the corporate assailed putting them at risk.

First time using the Monkey Junction store, I've always used the Wrightsville Beach location. I just moved to Summerlin Falls, and there is no difference in quality of food or customer service. Very quick delivery. DaMarcus delivered my meal and had a great big smile on his face. I will order from them again. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

This is the most reliable Domino's in Wilmington. App orders are always on time and I know when I see Larae prepping the pie, it's gonna be a good one. Fantastic crew of drivers, cooks and staff that get your order done fast and delivered hot. I'll admit I get light sauce on the hand tossed pie because I think there's a tad much in the regular recipe but I just hit that minus button on the sauce for 'Light' and it comes out just the way I want it. The large 4-topping coupon for $11.99 is going constantly so I get pepperoni, Italian sausage, jalapenos and roasted red peppers. It's consistently great. I like to smother it in different hot sauces, especially Sriracha and Cackalacky (seriously, try it! It's SO good!). This location gets it done unless there's a massive disruption in their supply chain. That's a stressful environment and I hate that people only come on here after getting consistently great service to complain about their one bad experience. I know on Halloween night they had to stop taking orders. You have to understand there is only so much pizza dough that truck can deliver. That's not the staff's fault. I can't speak to other reviews but I've never had a mistake or a frozen pizza tracker or anything of the sort from this place. I love this Domino's location in particular. They deserve a lot of credit for their consistency.
