Amazing food, everything tasted so great, it was nice and hot. All the food was fresh too. The workers were very pleasant and fast at their job. Me and my family will definitely be back.
Love this buffet! Been coming here since I was a little kid. Don't let poor reviews deter you. It's a buffet so not everything is going to be Gordon Ramsay standards, but it's yummy and an enjoyable experience.
BEST Chinese buffet in town. Go early for best experience. The building isn't perfect but they make good food and owners and servers are kind. Price is good for all you can eat. Remember haters are gonna hate but it's truly a great place. Been eating here 20 years.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Super nice people and REALLY good food. I've only ever had the buffet but love at least 90% of everything they offer. Have two medium size buffets with main courses and two more medium buffets with fruits, sushi, and other cold items plus desserts. Recommend going before or after lunch as it's normally fairly busy then due to the amount of food you get for the price and local workers in the area eating there.

Anyone rating this FINE establishment less than 5 stars is obviously not in their right mind. Szechuan buffet is not a restaurant, it is a whole friggin experience. Not one Chinese buffet comes even close, to what Szechuan has to offer. Not by miles baby.
A wise animated fish in search of food once said, “food, water, ATMOSPHERE!” I really believe the fish had tried Szechuan buffet at some point in his youth, and yearned for its grace again, so he searched the lands and oceans to find it once more.
Personally, I can relate. Even if I had eaten here and gone home, I would only think of that General Tso piping hot on the bar. It’s a thought that sticks to me this day. Even 13 years later and more than 500 miles away, I have to constantly prevent myself from driving 6 hours and 53 minutes back to Wilmington. I often wake up behind the wheel of my car in the driveway, having no knowledge of how I got there, wallet at the ready. It’s literally that good, do not argue with me on this.

Wilmington’s diamond in the rough! The service and the food are both great..., but their customer service is outstanding! What’s nice is there are buffet items so you’ll know what on the menu but they pretty much serve their food hot! Moderately priced. Not the fanciest place in town but still fabulous! They could use a bit of spring cleaning “window sills”, and I’d gladly include that fifth star!!
Went on a Thursday at 4ish. Dinner prices. The buffet is smaller than what I am accustomed to so I felt that it lacked variety. But my boyfriend said what it had of his favorites (the chicken on a stick, chicken and broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken) were the best he has had locally. The waitress was kind and prompt to refill drinks and clear plates and was even engaging with my son.
Stumbled upon this place yesterday while shopping at Food Lion. I went in expecting to see a buffet, but due to COVID restrictions, they are cooking to order. They had a five item special, which means that I got my five favorite items, cooked fresh and hot. It was simply DELICIOUS! I’m going back again tonight!
Great place, owners were pleasant and courteous food was great. Food was replaced when low and the waitstaff kept our drinks were always full
