I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this location, but this time the employee was on her phone and a line even formed behind me with 4 other people and gave no regard to me before the other people came in. I guess the girl that usually runs the register went to the restroom because she was back to help the rest of the guests. This experience will not detour me from coming back. I love the service and food just had 1 off time
It's take out or delivery only. But we were just driving around trying to decide what to eat. Pulled up my maps and searched for pizza(not from Wilmington) and found the one on hwy 17. Got a meat lovers and bread sticks. It was one of the best pizza we've had from Pizza Hut.

I place an order last night, the delivery time was 2-1/2 hours, I called about an hour in and they said they were understaffed and this was the reason for the delay, I completely understood! When the pizza arrived the driver apologized again, I feel so bad for these businesses that can't get enough employees...please be patient customers!! The pizza was hot, the order was correct and the food was delicious...worth the wait!!
Ordered again today, 2/22/22 and not disappointed, order was correct and hot! The delivery driver was so sweet and charming...didn't catch his name...would love to give him kudos!!

Let me say as an ex employee at this store everyone there is working HARD. Understaffed, and busy busy. Corporate puts the delivery time the same to look good no matter if we were staffed 2 drivers or full. Be kind, it eventually affected my health because people can be so harsh. We knew we were behind and trying the best.. did you know most nights 1 woman is working 8 am-1 am cooking every single order? No breaks. Put your apartment number on the tickets, be patient and tip.
They are under staffed, but Mrs Regina is back here doing it all by herself and with the best attitude I've seen in a long time. This woman rushes to serve everyone and with her attitude and positivity this woman deserves to be recognized and given her own store franchise.
I have never had a bad experience with this particular location. The management and staff are always friendly. Unlike Papa Johns (See my other review for them) a human that actually works at the location answered, spoke clearly and took the order. The pizzas were correct and ready on time. I recommend this location specifically for the Wilmington NC area. I would not give 5 stars to the other locations. The others are not necessarily bad, but this location is exceptional compared to Leland for example.
