My fiance and I ate there for the first time tonight. It was highly recommended to me. I can't begin to describe how incredibly delicious our food was. We started off with the calamari for our appetizer. It was very tender. I had the lobster ravioli and he had the shrimp and scallops over pasta with red sauce. Wow, it was good. I told our waitress I could kiss the chef. I will definitely return.
I've eaten there more times than I can count. The staff are great: accommodating and very courteous.
The food is delicious!!! The pizza is as good as it gets, especially the tomato pie and 'Grandma's pizza'.
Most of their pasta is made in house and every dish is made to order.
My only problem is trying to choose what to eat since all the food is awesome. For your first time, try a daily special- you will not be disappointed.
We order from Cafe Sitaly every single weekend! The food is amazing, the staff members are great, and the wait time from order to pickup is never longer than 15 minutes. Our favorites: chicken pizzaiola with gnocchi, chicken cacciatore, and the holiday veggie pizza.
Great meal as always
Johanna was great also
Never a disappoint
Thanks Tony
The only reason I give it 5 stars is because 6 isn't an option. The best pizza in the area, had no hesitation using them for my daughter's birthday when we needed 6 pizzas. The leftovers didn't last long either, also a very good reheated pizza.
Great food and our sever Johanna was awesome! Will defiantly eat here again and highly recommend for delicious Italian food!!
I am so happy to finally have a good pizza joint in North Wilmington. By far, the best pizza around, but everything has been fantastic.
Check this place out. It's small and classic Italian with good service and fresh authentic food
The best food in town and most friendly, welcoming staff!

The food was perfect! Our waitress was awesome, we never had to ask for a thing. She was on point!!!
Really great food, affordable, friendly service. Great spot
Atmosphere, delicious menu, warm friendly people, what more can one ask for in dinning .
We had my husband's 40th Birthday party catered by Cafe Sitaly, the food was delicious and everyone loved it. Well worth the money and I didn't have to worry about making all of the food. Thank you.
Delicious!! Worth the wait! Can't wait until they expand. Tomato pie is the best around. Great service and the best chicken Parmesan!! It's all about the bread at an Italian restaurant and cafe Sitaly's is delicious! My only complaint is you have to pay for garlic knots.
Penne vodka is second to none.... great pizza... the roasted hot peppers are perfect ... and the people make you feel like family!!
Just happened to find this place by accident On a Friday night, very Busy, Had to wait for a seat but the weight was worth it.. Absolutely delicious just can't wait to go back and have more.
My go to pizza joint. Best pizza around hands down. Fries can be soggy which is disappointing. The fry bags they use do not keep hot- just make them soggy. Pasta dishes are incredible, but way too expensive. Staff is nice. The wait is typical. They’ve messed up an order for me once, but easily fixed my problem. Interior of Cafe Sitaly feels so crammed & a bit unclean. No where to wait for an order. All in all, I am satisfied with the food. They could really benefit from expanding into a larger location!
Mrs. and I eat there weekly. Never had a bad meal. Their pizza is the best. Forget the national chains, get your pizza from Cafe Sitaly.
The ambiance is a bit off-putting, buy the food and staff are great.
I have to say, this is top notch Italian food. The place is small but the flavor here is amazing and you really feel like family. I love the atmosphere and you can take food to go. Even though you most likely will have to wait a bit for a table or booth, it’s 100% worth it because the food is delicious. There is a family restroom and a single person men’s room and they are very clean. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality Italian cuisine!
Good food should taste good and also BE good - as in healthy, and they nailed it. I had a veal Cacciatore with a side of garlic knots and it came with a side salad. They use ingredients that are both fresh and of good quality as is a must for good taste.
The tomato sauce they use is made from tomatoes with no extra gooey fillers so it sits light and soaks well into the linguini with no sticky consistency. Veal was tender, linguini was aldente( Mine got a little soft cause i picked it up 20 mins late, but still by no means overcooked). If you order out, get your food fast so the pasta doesn't soften while sitting.
Garlic knots were tasty and tender. The marinara dipping sauce was verrrry delicious- u really must try it. I got a sausage pepperoni slice that was delicious too. the crust cooked just right with a hint of cruchiness, Not too thick or too think or too crunchy(most places can't get this right :(. They use good cheese and toppings and real tomato sauce. I think the quality ingredients and good culinary sense really sets this shop apart.
The restaurant sits at a strip mall by the corner of Marsh and Naamans and they are quite easy to miss but once you eat their you will be sorry for all the times you sped by to catch the light. They have some booth and table sittings that look classy, like someone put a little thought into it. On the whole it is a solid Italian eatery to patronize. The icing on the cake is that they are fairly affordable at mid-lower pricing. You can feed the beast well without breaking the bank.
Some of the best cheese steaks we have had in a long time. Stopped here on our way through the area, love it.
