Very good egg rolls and summer rolls. Best pho in the area as far as I'm concerned. Shop is usually full with the local Vietnamese populace chowing down on the tastes of home. Very reasonably priced.
Been pho. Had the beef pho it was amazing as well as service ..never haf better service. ..thanks lee....for a first timer Lee even showed me how to enjoy this amazing dish properly. ....I assure the food is addictive and I will be there ofte.n.

I have been coming to this place over and over the past 5-6 years and I’m never disappointed. It’s a simple Vietnamese pho restaurant, and that’s all it really needs to be.
The portions are great for the price and they have all kinds of sauces on deck to suit your tastes. The red chili oil and red chili pastes are essential for my need for spice. Not all pho places around here have those sauces. The summer rolls are also amazing!
Got pho for both my husband and I. We easily could have split 1, but now we have have delicious left overs! Very cute and cozy Lil hole in the wall. Every bite was so delicious I didn't want to stop eating, but I got full quick.

I would give their food a 5 but there’s a lot of room for them to improve in terms of customer service and cleanliness of their restaurant. It has happened several times that I call for a pick up and they have given me the wrong thing, not what I ordered. There’s never someone who actually understands me completely on the phone. I never know if they actually understand what I ordered, until I see they have given me the wrong thing. Many times they have gotten it wrong due to their limited English. I keep coming back because their food is great, but they should try to improve this in order to help their customers avoid being dissatisfied and I have to throw away the food. Also, the can try to keep their front door and space cleanER, it looks really dirty at times. The people are always nice but to if they would not mess up my #17 vegetarian pho so often when I order by phone, I would give them a 5stars.
I like to eat at Pho Cali when the mood for delicious perfectly cooked fried rice and some of the tastiest egg rolls I've ever eaten calls for it. If you go there, please order the egg rolls. You won't regret it!
Best Pho in DE! Been coming here since I was a student at UD (6 years). Never have to wait for a table. If your craving pho it will definitely satisfy your craving. They don’t skimp out on the meat like other places. And the bowl is huge!!
Soup is great! A huge bowl of delicious beef broth with rice noodles and beef for $9 makes Pho Cali well worth the trip. Fried egg rolls we also very good, unlike Chinese eg rolls that are mostly cabbage, these have meat. The place ain’t nothing fancy and could use some sprucing up but the food and service is good. Pay at the register when you’re ready to leave. They don’t bring you a check.
