I see the 1 star ratings from several others, but definitely not my experience at this location. We've eaten at Bojangles all over NC and while the chicken is generally good, service usually suck. This new location is close to home and it's very apparent that the franchise owner and/or shift management cares. Services has been quick and friendly. The chicken has a better taste and not soaked in grease. The dirty rice is moist, not dry or soupy and you get a decent serving. They even have a nice lady strolling the dining area refilling drinks, picking up finished trays and asking how things were, etc. This may not mean much to some, but is a nice touch not what you expect from a fast food place. We eat at Bojangles at least once a week.
