I got a thin crust pizza which I usually love, but this one tasted like cardboard. I ordered the mini cinnamon rolls and they were burnt, I could not eat them I had to throw them out. The wings were good, but overall everything was an huge disappointment.
The customer service was awesome. My brother went in and ordered and we sat in the car to wait. The young gentleman actually brought our pizza across the parking lot my car. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious.
Put sauce and toppings on the majority of the crust. All 3 of my pizzas had 3 inces of just crust all the way around. Where there were toppings there was still very little sauce , cheese or toppings. No sauces at all to go with the 2 orders of cheesesticks or cinnamon sticks. Delivery was on time.
The manager at this locate is TRASH. The fellow with the dreads in the back should be it because when i complained about be straight up LIED to about a delivery of a pizza, at LEAST he cared enough to listen AND resolve! The sad part about that is she gave him the DIRTEST LOOK when he did it. SHAMEF
Loved the customer service. Went above and beyond with our pizza. It was perfectly cooked and topped! Employees were especially awesome!
The Pizza Hut in my area was closed down. So when I went to Winston Salem we tried this Pizza Hut on 7/4/2020. I must admit everything was so delicious. I will definitely be back to this Pizza Hut.
Amazing staff and pizza. Got a dinner box and was ment to have left overs for the next day. The pizza was so good it was finished in one sitting.
Great customer service! Hate having to pay $1.50 for two extra sauces but I’ll come back just because of the nice employees.
