It's been awhile since I've been to Panera! The broccoli cheese soup was hot and delicious.
When you walk in, there is a kiosk to order and pay. This is optional but convenient. You can still order person to person.
If using kiosk to order, you will receive a text when order is ready. I liked this!

I got an almond cold brew and it tasted so bitter and nasty. There was barely any cream in it. There were little white floaters in it which I assume is from milk that went bad.
Super friendly staff! Food came out fast with hot food hot and cold food cold. 2 salads and 1 bowl of soup. Initially, no spoon with the soup, but a simple miss. Asked for one and it was dirty. Asked for a replacement and it was dirty also. Asked for a plastic spoon. No dressing with the salads. Was
I personally like using the self serve computer but at this specific location you can't get a cup until you get your food. The staff was friendly and location was tidy and clean.
What sort of a 3rd world Panera doesn’t have a microwave, refuses to warm up the pastries in the kitchen, and makes you eat a cold cinnamon roll???? Shame on the owners.
Horribly slow/understaffed. Placed a pickup order for 645 and it's now almost 710 and im still waiting. I keep getting told 5 more minutes!
Either find a way to hire more workers or don't allow 645 orders if you can't accommodate them.
I'm from Colombia. My family used to owned a Bakery in our country, so I grew up in the bread. So I know what I'm talking, seriously the quality of the bread in Panera it is outstanding, by far the best one I've tried in Winston Salem. I also recommend their pizza and their broccoli soup for the win
