Food is for eating, and good food is to be enjoyed.
I love so many things about Panera, the most important being their devotion to clean, unprocessed food. But I was blown away by the new store. The floor plan was open with lots of windows and comfy seating for different size parties. I appreciated the self-order kiosks and the helpful staff ready to assist me. I was worried when they closed in the former outdoor seating but they put a cute patio out front instead. And it has a drive-thru!! I’m hoping the new Panera in Clemmons is very similar!!

I have been to several Panera Breads in the area and out of NC. The new renovations and service was great. Like the new look and everyone was very friendly! Coffee was great and bagel with cream cheese was delicious! Met that morning with my daughter to talk.
This was our first time eating at Panera Bread. Of course we picked a busy Saturday to try it out. The cashier was patient and made suggestions. Once we sat down manager stopped by asking us how we were doing and then took any dishes we were done with off the table. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!! 👍
You all know how much I love Panera Bread, but I so wish they would bring back the Sierra Turkey Sandwich...🙁
The marrying of the flavors were bon appetit and it was like a mini indoor smorgasbord picnic!
It's been awhile since I've been to Panera! The broccoli cheese soup was hot and delicious.
When you walk in, there is a kiosk to order and pay. This is optional but convenient. You can still order person to person.
If using kiosk to order, you will receive a text when order is ready. I liked this!
Me and my wife like Panera we go there often but for some reason lately they have been messing up my order. what I don’t like is when they say “it was here but maybe some one else took it !” “ we will fix you another one “ in that case there was not many people in the store and am sure none of the other customers had same order as mine because everyone there had there order already!
In general good place, my favorite is the Broccoli soup in a bowl.
I hate to say it if they keep screwing my order then I will rethink before I go!
Super friendly staff! Food came out fast with hot food hot and cold food cold. 2 salads and 1 bowl of soup. Initially, no spoon with the soup, but a simple miss. Asked for one and it was dirty. Asked for a replacement and it was dirty also. Asked for a plastic spoon. No dressing with the salads. Was only allowed 1 per large salad. Went back with another person to get additional dressings. Overall if the cutlery had been clean and appropriate dressings with salads this would have been a 5 star.
I personally like using the self serve computer but at this specific location you can't get a cup until you get your food. The staff was friendly and location was tidy and clean.

I'm from Colombia. My family used to owned a Bakery in our country, so I grew up in the bread. So I know what I'm talking, seriously the quality of the bread in Panera it is outstanding, by far the best one I've tried in Winston Salem. I also recommend their pizza and their broccoli soup for the winter, just perfect. I think they could be better on the time of making the orders, specially when you order online, it takes so much time, but it is totally worth it. Go to Panera and enjoy a very very good pan (bread)
