The weekend brunch is amazing. The food is excellent and the Bloody Marys are the absolute best. The service and staff are exceptional. It is our new weekend place for brunch. I would recommend Urban Flats to everyone.

Tonight was our second visit to Urban Flats. Get the meatloaf. Seriously. Get it. You won't regret it. I had to control myself to keep from licking the plate, and I still rue the small bit of gravy that was carted off on it. The service was amazing, and knowing that the food is purchased from local farms and farmer's markets is a plus.
We tried this place for the first time on Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience. We were immediately greeted as we entered and seated in a both near the bar. Our server was Wendi and she provided outstanding service. Our food was cooked to perfection. My husband loved his Spicy Chicken & Shrimp and I enjoyed the Mahi-mahi tacos with the urban salad. The food is all fresh & tasty! We decided to try the Key Lime pie and it was excellent! We look forward to dining here again as the menu has so many dishes we would like to try. Highly recommend eating here.
Been here before with bad results, but decided to give it another chance. Great service, excellent food! Huge servings! Brunch menu was excellent. Had the beef brisket hash-wow. And the sausage gravy biscuits. Another wow.
Good food, good service. Brunch was great, I loved the brisket hash. Murphy was a great server�. They were very busy but service was attentive and the food was served in a timely manner.
We decided to have fish tacos. They didn't have any mahi-mahi, and asked if we would let them substitute salmon.
The tacos were excellent! I'd like to suggest that they put salmon tacos on the menu on occasion!
Great food & Team! I asked if they could make a grilled cheese with their homemade pimento cheese & they did and it was the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had!! Managers came out and talked with us and we suggested they put it on their menu & call it the K&H grilled cheese �
Lovely staff. Good food , well , the lettuce was too hard to eat. Smaller leaves or smaller cuts should be better. But the glutenfree burger was excellent. So, overall, i come again
Had a long week and decided to relax and enjoy a good meal downtown. Hit Urban flats and got to do both. Sat outside, enjoyed some of the best Mules around and left happy, full and ready to go for the weekend!
Lovely place for brunch. Reservations are a great idea for a larger group. Our server, Nick made sure everything met our expectations! Definitely will be returning.

We enjoyed our meal here on a busy Friday night. Service was a little off, appetizers came buy plates took a few minutes. Drink refills were offered by (assumed) manager but not communicated with server. Everyone was pleasant, they just seemed short handed. Food was great, we will try them again.
Our waiter Noah was super friendly and very attentive to all of our needs. Drinks were on point and food was served hot and in reasonable time. I highly recommend their Edamame appetizer and their virgin Watermelon Basil Cooler was Fire!! Must haves! We also had the Salmon Teriyaki spring rolls, tried almost all of the flatbreads, new England clam chowder, and pretzel bites. Planning on going back for their Shrimp & Grits!

My family and I had dinner this past Friday at the restaurant. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the host and put on a waitlist (it was very busy). It took about 10 minutes to be seated at a table.
After being seated at our table we waited roughly 25 minutes and politely notified a staff member walking by our table we had not been waited on. He was very polite and took our order right then and there. The restaurant was very busy and sometimes this happens so we were not upset.
The food was very good. I ordered the pork chop and my wife ordered the meatloaf. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern. The drink menu was impressive with something for every palate.
While we were enjoying our food l, I can only assume it was the owner who came to our table and apologized for the long wait and told us she was comping our meal. We told her it was not necessary, but she insisted on doing so. We are grateful for her kindness, and to us shows the pride she has for her restaurant. Again we did not think it was necessary as things happen but our grateful for the establishments hospitality. We will be back for sure.
Our server Manny was friendly and very attentive! The food was good (though a little pricey), highly recommend a French Dip.
When visiting Urban Flats, you can know you’ll be taken care of by the best service. During our visit, Carlos, the restaurant manager, greeted us, getting to know us personally. We spotted him later with a serving tray in hand helping his staff, getting to know all of his restaurant goers. He spoke to us that he wanted everyone to feel like they were his guest, not just a customer, and showed that mentality firsthand. It was evident he was familiar with all aspects of his restaurant from the ground up, helping his team wherever he was needed.
Carlos was quick to make us feel welcome and was personable. We always make this our spot in the great Winter Garden area
Surprisingly Unique!
From the cocktails to the delicious flatbreads - We kept being surprised by the place. The atmosphere is more urban than expected, but the food and drinks were truly unique and flavorful. 🤤

Good food and ambience. Stopped in randomly while hanging out in downtown Winter Garden. It’s a perfect blend of bar and restaurant with great food and drink options. Definitely try their specialty old fashioned. Eating GF was easy as well.
Good food and good drinks. Hostess was pleasant. Had grass-fed burger. Nevertheless, the buns were a bit cold and fell apart. Korean Bulgogi tacos, black and white chips, were good, and so was the Tamarind Rita.
First time visiting.- The place has a cool vibe. The food is "good." Delicious sangria. Something was just off that evening. 2nd visit was better. Loaded potato dip app was delicious and filling. Loved the Florida Mule cocktail. ❤️ I will be back!
We (my wife, young son, and I) just dined here for brunch and it was amazing. The food was excellent. We had the Shrimp and Grits, Avocado Toast, and Cinnamon Roll. All were items that we would order again. The service provided was also great. Our server was very attentive and the GM, Jane, stopped by to chat more than once. We found this restaurant to be a very welcoming one! We would have come back for the food alone, but the service means that it will now become a regular place for us!
Very delicious food. Christian was very friendly and helpful. My husband got the meatloaf and it was so tasty. I got the Hawaiian flat bread since I love spicy and pineapples. We both enjoyed our meals.
We had a great experience. The food was well prepared, the service was perfect, and the restaurant was comfortable and very clean. We will return.
It was Sunday night and I was by myself. It seemed to be a quiet night for them. I ordered the Blackberry Lemonade and the Shakshuka.
My Bourbon drink came out relatively quick, as the bar was full of people. It was a perfect blend of flavors.
Now, my sister has Shakshuka often, so I decided to try it. It was ok, for me. It did not look like the egg was cooked in a depression in the tomato mix. But, the egg center was still runny, so that was good. It was a bit over spicy for me, so I took it home for the family.
Instead, I ordered the Roasted Beet Salad. When it arrived, I was a bit shocked. I thought there would be more beets and be more of a beet salad with arugula, not the other way around. The beets were also hot, not cold as I expected. The flavor of the beets was good and the arugula with goat cheese and roasted pistachios was very tasty. I would definitely order it again, even though it wasn't what I expected.
Overall, I will probably come back to try other things.
Quaint appearance before entering. But basically an average eatery. The key lime pie very good. Of course the downtown is amazing with eateries everywhere. Quaint area and just love coming to the town and walking around. This restaurant is hidden in an alley and using Google one arrives but then had to figure out where it was hidden.
Drove from Crystal River to meet our son and his wife here for brunch. I had the Brisket Hash and Eggs, my wife had Chicken N Waffle Sammy. Both dishes were outstanding and our waiter, Brian, was excellent!
Great food in a nice environment with indoor and outdoor seating. The fish tacos are great. Fun drink selection. The spinach dip is so delicious!
