Good location in Winter Garden. Parking is kinda tight. Easy access and easy to order. Employees are very nice and atmosphere relaxed.

Kudos to Lourdes who took my order today! She was incredibly friendly, happy, sociable and made my day! More companies need people like her these days. She made me feel welcomed and like I was her friend immediately! Lourdes needs a raise! And at the very least acknowledgment for her incredible customer service! Thank you Lourdes for making me smile!
I enjoy coming to Panera. They are consistent whatever city you are in. I gave four stars today instead of the usual 5 stars.. just because they forgot some items in the bag. We had to run for our office meeting, and didn’t double check when we got our pickup order.
Food is great. Atmosphere is awesome. Great place to order in and relax.. get some work done.
The food is always dependable and fresh especially when you are trying to diet. Everything is listed fat, calories, carbs anything else you need to know which is very helpful. But the main reason we like to come here is for the people. I come in with my mom and grandmother who is 94 and not in the best of health. Right when we come in Lourdes at the front counter calls us by name and always asks Grandma how she is and remembers all of her favorite dishes. My grandmother has issues chewing the French baguette so when it's time to pick up our food Chrissy at the food counter always remembers grandma and gives her the soft white bread instead which again makes Grandma smile. She also knows me and always gives me an extra dressing without me having to ask lol. Sometimes more important than food is the way you're treated and seeing the smile on your elderly Grandma's face when they remember her and are willing to do whatever they can to make her experience wonderful.
Good family deal going on right now. Food was fresh and delicious. All food was sealed nicely and the curbside pickup is great! I appreciate all the great service.
I love going to Panera it’s a great experience to go there and get my work done! Lourdes is amazing and I look forward to coming back!

Food was decent, had to go back to the counter once or twice due to them forgetting part of my order
Had a pretty decent experience at this location. Not the best, but not the worst. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was well kept and clean. However, they messed up our orders. We came to the location to try out their new Double Bread Bowls and somehow we managed to get three single bowls. I feel that the employee who dealt with us was pretty new, but it wasn't a horrible experience. Disappointing, yes, but not terrible.
Everything tasted good here, the people in the window left my order disjointed and missing items. Not really busy here at lunch which was nice however the store is a bit dirty and it didn't look like anyone was interested in fixing it. The autumn soup was outstanding and the turkey sandwich hit the spot. Not sure if I will come back to this location.
