I have always had a soft spot for Boston Market but I must admit that the service I receive every time I go to the Winter Haven location truly makes it special. Thank you all and please know how much I appreciate the hard work. Thank you.
My boys and I were headed to Lego Land the next day and we got in late. They were starving and wanted to try Boston Market. We walked in 5 minutes to close. The staff that were there told us right away that they had a limited selection so close to close and apologized profusely, but they rolled out the RED CARPET. They only had meat loaf, but my boys LOVE meatloaf, they piled the food so high we could not finish it and had to roll our selves out. The staff took great care of us, then the manger showed up and came over and apologized that they didn't have a lot left at 7:55 at night bringing us cookies. It has been a few months since our trip and was reminded to leave this review because they mentioned last night how awesome their experience was. When you go on a guys vacation for 3 days to hit Lego Land and months later they remember Boston Market treating them like Kings! Well Done! Thanks for being a part of making the trip amazing!
Great food and service, I love their Mac and cheese. Absolute delicious. Their chicken is falling off the bone it is so tender and juicy. I can't say enough about this place. The employees are well trained and know what to do. They offer good suggestions if needed.
You can tell that they were short staffed, but the three gentleman that were working worked very hard to make sure that we were happy, the food was delicious and the customer service was on point. It was my visiting parents first time eating at a Boston market and overall they were very pleased, and they are not pleased easily. Good job to the new manager Mostafa priding himself on the customer service of his workers.
I've eaten plenty of prime ribs that are good, BUT, Boston Market's Prime Rib is giving them a run 🏃♂️ for their money! It's very good, You'll, very good 🤗🤗🤗
I almost gave up on this location with the lack of food and terrible service... decided to give it one more shot the other day for lunch as never have sides in stock for dinner. So there was definitely an improvement with food quality and service and I wish I would have taken a picture of the food... it could be used on the marketing material or commercial. Also, I think you should put Jencie in charge of the entire store instead of the younger less experienced team members. She literally made our experience give you another shot. We hit Panera Bread next door to you a lot and notice every time we go there is a tractor trailer stocking fresh food... great concept. Also, doesn't the corporation make you buy the same sides so they are like other locations? to recap! put Jencie in charge
Felicity was great! She made sure I got the best deal with what I was buying. Super friendly and obviously a hard worker. Looks like there should be more staff to help things move quicker, but Felicity made sure that when I did get my food it was good and hot.
An amazing experience the food was super fast. Staff was amazing the woman who took my order her name was Felicity and she was sure I got all I wanted as quickly as possible and was so polite. Better than other places I’ve been. Food still warm and delicious will be coming back for the great food and service.
Had dinner here last night. Enjoyed the meal. Wish they'd come to the Jacksonville area.

So wat happened to this place? The place is being ran by 2 immature teenagers who have no business being in the kitchen. The food was horribly prepared(cold). WHERE IS THE NICE OLDER WHITE LADY WHO WORKED HERE LAST TIME?

I got there about an hour before closing. they had run out of chicken but they still managed to get my order to me in less than 15 minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious.
