My husband is craving for Indian Food and we came across this place. I’m glad we came here. The food is delicious and well made. The moment you enter the establishment, you can smell the aroma of food just wafting around you.
The service was also excellent, they were very friendly and made sure they answer your questions.
We will definitely come back again.
Delicious and great service! My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time last night. We got the chicken 65 appetizer, palak paneer with a side of butter naan, and mysore masala dosa. Everything was fresh and delicious. The server was friendly and attentive and even gave us a free cup of kheer for dessert! Would absolutely recommend
Was craving Indian food with my friend and we stopped here to try, based on the reviews and we were not disappointed! I don’t know too much about Indian food, so I played it safe and ordered the chicken tikka medium, which gave a good amount of spice, and the naan to accompany it. It was really tasty and satisfying and I got another meal out of it from the leftovers. The mango lassi was really nice as well! Would come back here and try more!

The food is really good. The best Indian food I've had so far in the Orlando area. I ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala, Vegetable Samosas, and garlic naan.
The garlic on the naan was obviously fresh and fragrant, the bread was very light, fluffy and perfect texture. The paneer is wonderfully seasoned and the portion of both the cheese and the sauce were generous. The samosas were twice the size of other restaurants that I have ordered from and were great.
Before I began eating a couple sitting nearby were very audioably stating how much they loved their dinners.
The atmosphere is beautiful and makes for a beautiful date night spot. There was lovely music playing, lighting was slightly dimmed and soft. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this place if you're a foodie, looking for a nice place to take your date or enjoy big portions of great Indian food.
I absolutely LOVE this establishment. I used to have an office within walking distance in 2018 and recently moved back. I have been back at least 15 times this year. I bring clients, friends and my children here.
When I walk in, I don’t even get the menu anymore, my servers always know what I want and if I’m feeling adventurous they walk me through the options.
Food is always amazing, I’m always pleased to come in and be greeted by familiar faces.
Some of the photos look redundant, but that goes to show their consistency in presentation because these are all different visits.

The food here was amazing and plentiful. Best garlic naan ever! The staff was friendly, very conversational which we enjoyed. We ordered the veggie Samosa, chicken Vindaloo and Marsala, with the mango juice. Everything was amazing with leftovers to spare.
We love that they close at 3p and reopen again at 5p. This gives their staff a proper break to prepare for their next shift. It means a lot and we wish more restaurants did that. A happy staff = creates a very welcoming environment.
Cons: The dining room floors and bathrooms could be refreshed in between use. The dining room leaves more to be desired. Tablecloths & linen napkins would be a nice touch. Also the windows to the store front are tinted but passerby’s have come up to the window while you’re eating to hold their faces up to the glass to peek inside. Very awkward, but simple 8ft curtains or two additional privacy wall dividers in front of the windows would undoubtedly create an exceptional dining experience.
I may return again for lunch or dinner hoping the cleanliness & ambiance is improved in the future. The cleanliness is a customer facing issue & had nothing to do with the quality of the food. However, a little effort would place this location at a well deserved five stars. Thank you Robert and staff!
Very cozy right ambience for a dinner time. Restaurant is small but with positive atmosphere. Service was very good. Ordered Chicken lollipop, Shrimp Gunpowder, Lamb Xacuti & Garlic Naan. Everything came very perfect with right quality except for Shrimp 🍤 came little half cooked. Chicken lollipop came so good that we ordered one more plate. Lamb xacuti was very good with well done lamb pieces. Recommendation for a dinner night is for sure.
Don't get caught sleeping on Tamarind. I feel like some of the best alternatives to American food are usually found in strip malls or shopping plazas. We went for the first time, and we're back in three days because it was so good.
From what I'm told it's a little harder to find Indian restaurants that serve dosa. It's a northern Indian thing? The dosa here is great. Stuffed mushrooms, amazing. Gunpowder shrimp, a nice Thai kind of feel. Any of the masala is awesome. The naan is hot and fresh baked. I plan on doing the Tandoori chicken next time. They do clay pot chicken, etc. Really an Orlando metro area gem.
I'm a lover of authentic Indian cuisine and I was excited to come here when I saw the high rating. They did not disappoint! We tried the masala Chaat , chicken 65 (phenomenal) and the hara masala kebab & naan. Everything was delicious . The food came out fast and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be back!
My children and I love our chicken tikka! Best service and flavor! I want the Kashmir naan on the online ordering system added because it is my favorite and I didn’t see it. All staff are wonderful! We are original patrons and business neighbors. Leo’s Mane INC. ❤️Tamarind!
