Loved the breakfast and coffee. Helped me wake up and get thru my class

Original Text (Oct2023): No fault of the employees, but several times at only this McDonald‘s, I have had bone fragments in my sausages. Please run a QA report to higher up. The only area in which the employees here could improve is in efficiency and prioritization. When dashing here for DoorDash, it is not uncommon for me to wait upwards of 1.5 hours for my orders. Additionally, the average in-store wait time is 15 minutes. Edit1: (1Dec2023) I’ve seen the quality of the food drop within the past few months. Burger patties 4cm off centre, overcooked food, soggy fries, and missing drinks. An additional critique I have is the leadership style of the managers and shift leads. I’ve been in the U.S. military and have never seen leadership as hostile or toxic as what I’ve seen at this McDonald’s. I’ve seen managers and shift leads scream at lower level workers, rushing them without helping in any way, and scolding them for the most basic of things. The lower level workers here deserve far more respect from their superiors. This will directly impact the quality of their work, and thus, the food. -1 star for service on this update. All other stats remain the same. Edit2: (14Dec2023) Food quality has risen significantly within the past few weeks. I’ve seen less bone fragments in the food, higher quality of presentation, and importantly, higher quality in taste. Management has also improved by a significant margin, and I am happy to say that this McDonalds is now at satisfactory status. There are significantly fewer incidents of hostile leadership qualities, and the staff are now operating as a more cohesive team. In addition to this, wait times have been reduced to less than 5 minutes on average, which is a 300% improvement in speed from the last review in early December. +1 star to food quality +2 stars to service +2 stars overall

The staff here is really awesome! They were super nice and the service was quick. Easily some of the nicest McDonald's staff I've encountered. The interior of this place is huge, which makes sense considering the fact that's in the same parking lot as the Full Sail University main campus. The place is very modern and clean which fits well with the Full Sail campus. This is definitely a location prepared to handle loads of hungry students.

I wanted to take the time and leave and honest review for one of the workers I encountered upon entering this establishment. Ivy showed the best customer service I have seen in years, given that it was busy and lunch rush hour. She took the time to explain somethings about mobile ordering and she also helped me get my order done freshly. It’s workers like her that put big corporations on the map. She absolutely made my day with her welcoming and warm attitude she is by far an exemplary worker and has won McDonald’s a frequent customer (to this establishment).
