6/18 update: This is a family owned franchise operation. I understand that in this circumstance, sometimes each person becomes the butcher, the baker and the candlestick maker. Tony (phone/delivery) and I agreed to start over. Great interaction and service these days. If you were put off before, I recommend that you give it another go.

I really like the Italian chicken, but the guy that takes the phone delivery orders is a real pain. Sarcastic, argumentative and smart alecky. Beyond this, the fried potatoes can't be substituted with a meal order and don't hold up well for delivery. They say it's required by the franchise. They lost my business between those two things.
I ordered late & was pleasantly surprised they allowed me to order when they were closing soon. The pizza was great as well as the cheese bread. The staff was extremely friendly & thanked me for my business. I will definitely be going back!
Best pizza around here, friendly staff and most of all...awesome food. I order here every weekend, always pick up! Food is fresh and delicious, will remain a loyal customer until I move away. Thank you Papa Romano's for such a great place to get pizza and whatever else we decide to order!
