Great service, no line. Cheap price and lots of choices. Kids loved it. Happy with it. No family bathroom though. That's my only complaint.

My wife and I went Wednesday night around 9:15 We started putting our toppings on the lady manger started taking up all the toppings. Me and the guy beside me looked at each other like what are you doing lady. My wife and I paid and went outside. She knew I was mad. I went back in and to pictures. The lady came outside and just kept saying toppings. Remember this is around 9:20 they close at 10:00 The place started to get real busy. The toppings are on the back counter. People had to ask and point at what toppings they wanted. The whole point of going is to put what toppings you want and as much as you want. What a joke.. The owner needs to go back and look a the cameras. She will see the time and how busy it got. Plus if this happens every night.. I called 2 times trying to get the owner. Plus called this after noon. We go there all the time .. It's not cheap. I'm changing my review. The owner contacted me and took care of my complaints. What a very nice phone call. Really cares about her business. Thank you.

Always happy because they always have Fresh fruit!! I love it all the time. My kids love it here, I like to treat them and this is their favorite spot. Customer service is great here. Alejandra is the best!!!
It is a very clean ice cream parlor. I always take my family and the manager gives very good attention and there are very good discounts
The attention is very good and the staff is the same. I see that there is 1 elderly person if they do not speak English but they try to attend well whenever I have gone, good respectful treatment, no complaints
Update: the owner commented under my review with an explanation and offer to try them again, so Iām making this a 5 star review, because thatās pretty classy! Maybe they are open now....Iāll investigate.
I think they are over priced and have super cheap spoons. I canāt comment on inside because this is a quarantine. We always go to Cold Stone, so compared to there, this is less toppings and about half the amount of ice cream. For $9, i think I got the same as the green cup, in a bigger cup. I got the biggest size and the ice cream cake up about 2/3 of the bowl. The pink bowls had a little peaking above the rim. The ā4 servingsā of brownies toppings amounts to two brownie bites. The white chocolate chips are the same as all over. The caramel is good. My daughter liked the cake batter flavor and cookie dough topping.
Good selection, awesome staff and fresh toppings. We got five smalls for about 16 dollars, which I thought was great. I can personally vouch for the cheesecake, raspberry-pomegranate and dole whip flavors. I wasnāt fond of the chocolate but my daughter loved it.

Very nice location! Good frozen yogurt and friendly staff! The plastic glove requirement is a bit over the top! Iād prefer to sanitize and move forward but to each their own!

I wish the flavors were rotated more because im obsessed with RASPBERRY POMEGRANATE, the service is mediocre on a good day when the cashier actually pays attention to you which i understand it's alot of distraction which is why i want to pay & run to my car with my frozen yogurt !! But other than that i really love the real fruit options & how you guys try to keep it clean with all the mess that gets made š
The seasonal flavors were tasty and they were doing a flat rate price, which was nice. The employees are very nice and it was clean. My only complaint is that they were out of a lot of their toppings. We'll be back again.
Something for everyone and the only place with tart yogurt in the area. Delicious!
Their product is really good. AMAZING customer service. The workers: Ryan, Evelyn, Tay, Jasmine, Gabbi and Ivan are really nice. Ivan helped me with my yogurt when it fell on the floor. Ryan and Jasmine were very welcoming when I came in. Tay and Ivan were very nice and had a mini conversation. They all are very sweet and the place is very clean. I think they deserve a raise! They also have the best hospitality and 10/10 recommend coming here !
A young man named Christian was working here this afternoon and was so helpful, friendly, attentive and kind. I was truly surprised by the customer service we received today. I haven't been here in years but will definitely be back after today's visit. Also, the cheesecake and cookies n cream was delicious!
