This is a well kept, clean and fun place to take kids of all ages. Even see parents having fun playing some games. Staff is great and always quick to help. Rarely any machines down and any problems they are quick to help. The game to pick up bouncy balls is great for kids. We opted for the gold pass and we have yet to get tired of going back after 5 weeks. Pizza is always good too.

All the games were up and working as they should be. One of the employees was actively walking through and testing/fixing games during the two hours we were there.
Both the Facility and restrooms were kept clean.
We ordered two pizzas for their Two For Tuesday special. Pizzas were ready in about 10-15 min and are what you would expect from a cheaper pizza.
Location was quite busy for a Tuesday afternoon. The staff was pleasant, minus one girl who clearly did not seem to want to be there.
Food is good, of course the atmosphere is always perfect for the kids. Service was not the worst, but when I picked up my order and asked for 4 plates the kid rolled his eyes like he would get a hernia giving me those plates. I didn’t catch his name but I went by today 9/9/2023 around 6:15/6:20pm young kid dark hair lots of it.
Very clean facility. Staff is constantly cleaning around. Salad bar is well kept and fresh. Always check for coupons on their app. Best to buy combos instead of single items. Cards are best to buy them with points instead of time. Kids have much fun taking their time to enjoy each game.
My family and I went during the week so it was not crowded at all. Rosa was the lady who helped us and she was phenomenal! Great customer service and really made sure my kids had a great time, I can't thank her enough. The place was well kept and clean. Food was made in a timely manner, no complaints. All games seemed to be in working order. We will return to this particular CEC for sure.
Didn't get there till late and got through admition with zero delays went straighten in and they got us seated and treated and took over and let us kick it with the kids. Nice job guys
Very very clean !!!! It is the cleanest that I have been to in a while and the staff was very nice.
This Chuck E cheese was very clean and not as crowded as expected. I did come on a Sunday evening so perhaps that may have been the reason why I was slow. I would recommend this one cuz they do have a large selection for young children. I would say from the ages 2-12. It's right next door to a Walmart and not even 3 minutes away from the big mall in Woodbridge.
This Chuck E. Cheese is one of the better ones I’ve been too. It was clean, had lots of stuff for kids 3-8ish and the pizza was surprisingly good. Get the stuffed crust with the garlic seasoning. It’s on point.
Takes forever to get a beer at this place so that’s a thing if you want to order a beer.
Awesome digital upgrade by using a card system instead of coins! You can purchase time or credits! You get digital tickets too instead of paper tickets! That's saving the trees! Also, love the new dance floor and HDTVs!
Kids really have fun; but it is to much money for the type of food they offer and only for two hours also the cake I was expecting more quality

Great place to host a party for children. Even the adults get into the thrill of it all. It's a place where a kid can be a kid... 🌹💜🌹
The renovation is great! The entire location is different in a great way. The stage is gone and so are the robotics, which is past due. However, the gross motor play area is gone and now the only physicality of the venue. The games are newer and much more engaging, for both adults and kids. The pay structure is really what makes it substantially better; you can now purchase an unlimited gaming experience for an allotted time period. Now there is no more worrying about spending credits on guilty pleasure ticket acquiring games.
Very clean restaurant, even the salad bar looked squared away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Almost all the games and game stations were working and they didn't seem ridiculously expensive to play like some places. We were there for our son's birthday and even though we weren't there on a birthday package the staff was nice to him and many of them wished him happy birthday and ChuckE took time to pose for a picture.
I loved this place when my children were young and now am experiencing it with my grandkids. The food is how I remember it and everything was clean and inviting. :)
