I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a mixed experience. The service was commendable, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my visit. However, I was disappointed with the food quality.
On the positive side, the service was prompt, and my order was taken accurately. The staff members were courteous and created a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate their efforts in ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
Regrettably, the major drawback was the temperature of the food. The items I ordered were not served hot, which affected their taste and overall appeal. Additionally, the food quality seemed below average compared to my previous visits to other Dunkin' Donuts locations.
Despite the good service, the lackluster food experience left me with mixed feelings about this particular visit. I hope Dunkin' Donuts can address these issues to ensure a consistent and satisfying experience for all their customers.
Overall, I would rate my visit to Dunkin' Donuts 3 stars out of 5, with the potential to improve if the food quality and temperature issues are resolved.
Humongous parking spaces. Service was great. Our order came out the fastest from all DD that Uber been to and there was a line. Very pleasant and friendly staff.
Love the consistent quality of Dunkin'. Friendly staff and good pastries and coffee.

I don't know about other people's experiences but I never left this place disappointed. They are always kind and courteous and patient with me as I order. They almost never get my order wrong and if they do they always gladly fix it. Unlike other fast foods that almost always get my order wrong and I have to drive back and convince them I'm actually missing items.
Some days they are on point with the coffee and some the dude coffee is disgusting. Guess it so depends who's making it.
Dunkin dounts in Tackett Mill friendly , helpful . Dunkin dounts on minnievill was good until I y dealed with the young girl Isabella disrespectful. My stars are only for Tacketts Mill

Awesome staff. Very friendly. Lobby was closed but the crew here still were kind enough to open their doors to let myself and my pregnant wife in to use the bathroom. Also provided great customer service even though the lobby was closed. Keep up the good work.
Never had a bad experience, and I go here a couple times a week for the last few years. Only messed up my order 3-4 times, and fixed it happily every time.
Friendly Staff, combination of great ICE cream and awsom hot coffe, reasonable price enjoyed with my 2 kids.
Everytime I go they're polite and quick to help me with my order. They have good service, and I always leave happy with my treat (usually a milkshake from BR).
I've seen them handle complicated customers with patience and respect, and follow that up with "short term memory" as if it never happened, still serving me with a smile on their faces. Your hard work is appreciated!
Wonderful staff, decent prices and original sandwiches that change all the time but are always great and usually centered around seasons or holidays.
Typically great and fast service. Lately they do have a lot of new people who are still learning so Ive had a few issues lately with incorrect drinks but overall its a great shop. The manager is great and remembers everybody. Staff is always very friendly.
My wife goes every day. Turned me onto it. While I don't frequent as often, when the A team is running the show, they are on point. Mobile ordering ahead is awesome...just wish they had a separate drive thru lane.
THIS DUNKIN HASNT HAD COOLATTA’S IN 2 WEEKS. Please Don’t Come Here If You Are Wanting This Drink. They Have Everything Else Though. Will Update Once They Have It Back Or The Machine Is Fixed
