I love Jimmy John’s and this location is a good representation of the franchise. The location was clean, the staff were friendly and the sandwiches were great. My only minor complaint is that Jimmy John’s appear to no longer be “Freaky Fast”. I got used to my sandwich being ready by the time I had paid and got my drink. In the last few JJ’s I’ve been in, there is only one person making the sandwiches so it takes longer now. This location is no different. It looked like there was a large “To Go” order being filled at the same time that walk in orders were being made. So while the one poor guy was making sandwiches as fast as he could, it took a while to get our order. That is absolutely not a complaint about the employees, just an observation that there used to be several people making sandwiches at once like a well oiled machine, and now there is one person working very hard. I will eat here again and recommend you do too!
I’m a big JJs fan and used to eat it all the time when I lived above one in Richmond. I think the sandwiches are delicious, but this is probably the slowest JJs I’ve ever been too, which means it’s normal pace lol. My expectation from other JJs is that it’s super fast, like after you pay you just walk over and get the sandwich, but even when there’s no one in the store besides me it feels slow. Not a big deal but IMO not in line with the JJ brand.
I do not know why but it tastes just right. Since PWC has no real deli anywhere, that is where my family likes Subs from. Music is good inside as you sit and eat. Coke products are served here. Bread is what makes the sub good.
Friendly and fun team. Our order is always right at this location! My husband was super excited for his giant jar of peppers so we captured the moment 😁
I just love Jimmy John’s. Service is consistently good no matter where I order from.
I have tried several subs from Jimmy John's and unfortunately did not like any of them except their new Smokin' Kickin' Chicken which is fantastic! Only problem is it's only available for a limited time! That being said, the employees at this location are great! Malik helped me out and was very nice and went above and beyond to resolve a problem that was not of his or any of the other employees doing. If you like Jimmy John's this 1 is top notch!
This is our quick go to place since it is very easy, not too expensive, and we like their sandwiches. It is also nice to have an option for when you might not get to your food right away. Jimmy Johns is a pretty basic menu in that it is just sandwiches and chips, but they are usually quick with the order (multiple times they had my order ready within 5 minutes) and have a pickup shelf that makes grab-and-go extra easy. The app also tells you when it is ready so you don't have to enter the store until your order is ready. There is a subway nearby, but my family prefers Jimmy Johns. We have eaten inside before, which is also pretty basic (just some hard benches with tables).
Great location! My go to Jimmy Johns in Woodbridge.
Jimmy John's has the best Tuna salad sandwiches around.
We were extremely pleased with our experience at the Merchant's Plaza Jimmy Johns in Woodbridge. The first contact we had was with Quianna, by phone, who was very pleasant and helpful. Then with Christian when we went to the shop to place the order. He too was helpful and courteous and gave suggestions. Again Quianna, was helpful when we picked up our order-which was ready even before the scheduled time. We would highly recommend this location and will probably use them in the future. Way to GO!!
I've preferred Jimmy Johns for several years because they have great bread, quality ingredients and are insanely fast. However I've notice that now you get less meat than before. I understand rising costs but I want a quality sandwich and I'll pay more for it instead of them becoming a Subway and giving you a large bread roll and slivers of meat. Quality and speed as well as friendliness of the staff and a clean restaurant gave them 4 stars. They need to go back to pre-covid and food costs when it comes to serving size of the meats, I'll pay an extra $1 for it versus becoming a bread and lettuce sandwich like Subway.
