-Fast, Fantastic, Freakishly-Healthy-
Starting our long-distance drive from St. George to Provo (late as usual), we were looking for a quick joint to eat and exit St. George. Spotting Chick-fil-A, we decided "drive through". Mr. Decker ordered the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap; the Mrs., grilled chicken nuggets (we're trying to be healthy). To our surprise, they were quite tasty and balanced (salad:chicken and breading:chicken)! In my opinion, food is better with a little bit of sauce. Dipping it in Chick fil-A sauce was on point and hydrated the otherwise mildly dry wraps. Good source of greens and protein! The wife loved hers. Tender and filling.
What impressed me was the efficiency. Holy moly, we must have talked to every employee before getting our order. Yet miraculously, our meals were void of mistakes, with us back on the road in 4 minutes, flat.
That's fast food people.
PROS:
-Efficient (less than 5 minutes)
-Accurate (no mistakes)
-Kind (my jaw started to hurt from grinning at all the smiling employees)
CONS:
-Wraps and Grilled Chicken were a little dry... And I mean very little.
SUGGESTIONS:
1. Go around 11am or 4pm to avoid the ridiculous 20+ car line up.
2. Order the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap and smother it in their blessed Chick-fil-A sauce.
Anyways, this was my experience. It might be different for others but I'm rating Chick-Fil-A in St. George 5 stars. I'll return and advise others to do the same.
We just had our son's 3 year old birthday party and it was great! Mika and her staff were beyond helpful and kind, the place was clean and the food was delicious. The kids had a great time! Would highly recommend!
I go to this location all the time people are so nice food is always delicious and hot! I crave this food best ever!!! I give it 1000 �
Took my family there last night and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We ordered ice cream and one of my kids cones splattered all over the floor and before I could even look up the staff was there to replace it! TC helped my daughter overcome her fear of talking to grownups by taking time to listen and help get what she needed. Who trains staff is doing a great job!
Great teacher appreciation day at Chick fil a! Manager knew that we were teachers and had limited time. He had a register for us to order quick and get our food! Will definitely be back! Big thanks from the teachers at JMI in Edison!!

Great food too
It's no secret that the Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich puts all others to shame; and this location proves it by living up to it's standards. But the breakfast, it's over the top, all because of those insanely decadent biscuits used for the sandwiches. You've got a handful of happy when you're munching on one of those bad-boys!!! I implore you to try them!
The staff are super friendly, polite and helpful. The place is very clean and even the bathrooms are clean. The food, as always is amazing here.
Excellent service and food...hostess came over to our table and asked if we needed anything...she ever refilled our drinks...we will be back.

The restaurant to so clean, bathroom pretty and well maintained. The staff is super polite and very helpful, food is really good. The frosted lemonade is so, so good. Went for a car show, will definitely come back.
Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and attentive. Food is fresh and tasty. Shakes are fantastic! I go there at least once a week for lunch.
Had lunch there today at the height of lunch hour. The food was great and the staff was professional and extremely courteous! Another great location Chick-fil-A!

Every single employee is ALWAYS smiling and pleasant. We have a big family and sometimes ordering takes a little extra time. They're so patient. I love Chick-fil-A.

It was amazing, the food was excellent and delicious. I had the grilled chicken club sandwich with a Dr.pepper. I would like to thank Alma for helping me out with my rewards. I definitely recommend coming here to eat, just note if you're going to the drive thru at dinner, the line will be long. But I ate inside. 👍☺️👍
The food is great but t’s also their customer service that I am impressed with. Even when there are long lines they are so efficient in making the line go quickly and they are very pleasant. I have not seen any other establishment that takes orders in the drive through, you pay for it and it is ready by the time you get to the window. Always impressed!!
The service was pretty quick once u got to the intercom to place your order. The food was ready once I got to the window and paid. Overall the quality if the food was excellent. The kids were happy with their waffle fries 🍟

I will say their customer service appears to be impeccable. They have people working outside taking your orders trying to keep things moving quickly. But for the life of me, I still can't understand why anyone wants to wait in such a long line when you can park and walk in! There were only two people eating in the whole dining room and it's actually very nice inside (Plus, they deliver the food to your table!). Is there really that many people eating in their cars or taking home cold chicken sandwiches to their family?
So I have eaten at this particular establishment and both times I've ordered their Chick-fil-A sandwich.
I've always tried to figure out what the thrill is of this place other than getting to spend a whole lot of time in your car listening to music but the sandwich came with a bun pickles and chicken. Am I missing something here? Was I supposed to ask for fixings to be placed on top? Or, is this really the thrill that I'm receiving?
I noticed this the first time I came here and now the second time that I came I forgot to ask about it.
Is the excitement here that you get to choose a dipping sauce that you have to pour on top of your chicken? Maybe I'm just spoiled on the other actual fast food restaurants that have everything prepped for you and you just open it up and eat it.
This was okay when you're eating in the dining room but I'm not sure if I would be thrilled trying to do this in the car. That's just my two cents on this but I'm sure the rest of America has other reasons why they love this place.
First time at any Chick-fil-A...it was great. The staff at this one was so good, brought the food to the table. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Will go back there soon.
The staff are always so friendly here. This time the attendant taking my order had a conversation with me about the new batman movie and he was really awesome! I love when workers take the time to just be a human with customers.
