I was at a Baby Shower at Oniro Taverna Saturday 6/30 and I have to say the
name surpasses it! From the minute we walked in the l service and
care was wonderful! The food was just scrumpious that I don't think the kitchen
had to wash our plates.We did it for them! Will definately visit again and recommend
it to all!
Thank you for inviting us last night at Oniro Taverna. The place has a delightful and relaxing ambience. Gives you the feeling of being in Greece and the Mediterranean. The food is fantastic and service was great. Best of luck guys!
Excellent food and very good service, nothing bad to report. I highly recommend this place 100%.
Awesome food and amazing interior work! Like the ambience! Like waiter uniforms! The only thing I would try to change is the acoustic! It’s supper loud. You can hear people talking across the room! Even the music can’t be heard!

Lia and the staff at Limani Taverna were exceptional in helping my mother and I execute my bridal shower and bring our vision to life! Lia was attentive, responsive, kind and checked in with me regularly during our party. Not only is the private party space gorgeous but is incredibly clean and well maintained. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for a private event. Thank you so much to everyone at Limani who helped make my shower and experience unforgettable!
This restaurant has it all-fabulous food, beautiful decor and fantastic service!! We had our work party here in Woodbury and Nikos and his team were outstanding to work with! Lia was so responsive and helpful in making the seamless arrangements. On the evening of the party, Nikos was there to oversee everything. The room upstairs was beautiful and the perfect venue for a private event. They had wifi speakers for me to play music and the tables were arranged so nicely.
Everyone loved the food! We chose buffet style appetizers, full meal and desert to allow everyone to mingle more. We had more than enough staff assigned to us to make the event smooth and each one could not have been more helpful.
Thank you Limani Taverna. We will be back!!
I had my daughter’s bridal shower here and all I can say it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant is beautiful! The food & service was outstanding. Lia was a sweetheart. She was great to work with & very accommodating. My guests are still raving how delicious the food was. I will and my family & friends will definitely be returning to Limani Taverna!

I threw my mom's surprise 60th birthday party at Limani in the upstairs private room, and it was absolutely perfect! I called Limani one day to see if they had a private room, and Niko answered. He was so warm and friendly, and sounded like he truly cared about the party I was throwing (not typical of most of the places I called!) That convinced me to email Lia (the event coordinator) to check for availability and pricing. The menu options are definitely not cheap, but you get what you pay for! The food was DELICIOUS! My guests are still talking about it today - even the ones who are usually very picky. I've gone back to the restaurant several times just to eat some more of the delicious food. Lia was amazing, friendly, and so accommodating. She made the whole process super easy, and the day of the event was flawless. The room itself is absolutely gorgeous. Once I saw the room, I knew we had to have the party there. We didn't even need decorations, the room is that pretty! I would 100% recommend Limani for either regular dining or for private events!
My fiance and I had our engagement dinner here and it was great!
The planning was easy and simple. The party planner and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The waiters went above and beyond expectations, and everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Oniro, and we will be returning.

Just had our babies baptism here. Our guests cannot stop raving about how great the party was, especially the food!! Lia was great to work with- super accommodating and helpful. This is the second event we’ve hosted at Limani Taverna and they never disappoint!! Thanks so much for making our babies baptism a night we will cherish forever!
Nikos and his team were incredible for our son’s party in the 2nd floor private room. From start to finish they answered all questions and provided top notch service. Would recommend the 2nd floor private room for all your parties!!
I had my baby shower here at Oniro and it was amazing! The food, staff and Lia were excellent. Lia, the event planner was amazing on making my day special. Lia is very professional, very detail orientated, and has an amazing personality which made me feel less stressed and relaxed for my event. My guests loved the food, wine and the assorted desserts (especially the karidopita). I highly recommend Oniro! I look forward to coming back!
